【摘要】 二板式塑料注射成型机作为大型注塑机的一个发展方向,越来越为注塑机制造企业所关注。中国现已成为世界最大的塑机生产国和消费国之一。但技术含量不高、附加值低。在博创新型二板式塑料注射成型机的研发推行项目中,我们通过与海外注射成型设备专家团队密切合作,在已有的二板机研究设计成果的基础上,对二板式塑料注射成型机各零部件、工作逻辑进行优化、设计。结合中国工程技术国情,推动方案设计、论证、生产工艺优化、评审及具体图样确定、样机试制、文献总结。该项目的实施,将对整个中国的注塑机研发、生产提供极其有意义的参考。本文在工程实践的基础上,以博创新型二板式塑料注射成型机的系统开发为研究对象,系统阐述了新型二板机的产生背景、各子系统的设计思路及技术实现方案。结合中国塑料工业的发展,以塑料成型机的发展为背景,阐述了新型二板式塑料注射成型机所具有的重要性、必要性、紧迫性及意义。对比国内外大型注塑机的锁模机构并特别对比了国内外现有二板机的技术现状,详细给出了一种新型二板式塑料注射成型机锁模机构的设计思路和设计方法。从整个项目的总体考虑,对其它各部分如射台部分、液压部分、电气控制部分也给出了相应的设计方案。本文阐述的技术结构为国内首创,在国际也属先进技术,其中部分技术已经获得知识产权;利用本文阐述的技术已经开发出一系列的二板式塑料注射成型机并达到商品化的目的,给公司和社会创造价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two platen injection molding machine is main developed trend of large machinery nowadays. More and more manufacturers pay attention to its development. China has become one of the biggest IMM manufacturing and consuming countries. However conventional two platen machines in China are lack of high technology and expansibility of development. Borch is now researching and developing new style two platen machine. We cooperate with overseas professional IMM team, optimize and improve different components and operation system on the basis of existing two platen machine R&D reference. The whole project includes process of design, optimization of arts and crafts, valuation, and machine testing and literatures sum-up. The implement of this project offers meaningful reference to Chinese IMM R&D and production.This essay sets Borch new-style two platen machine as R&D object, and expatiates on its background, design ideas of different system as well as technical solution. Comparing with clamping unit of domestic large machine, especially with technology of two platen machine both at home and abroad, the essay expresses design ideas and solution of clamping unit of new-style two platen machine. Moreover it provides related design solution of injection unit, hydraulic system, and electric control system.Technical structure discussed here is not only the pioneering one in China, but also one international advanced technology.
