【摘要】 高等职业教育的发展和提高,关键在于管理,管理要速度,管理要质量,管理要效益。目前,我国发展高等职业教育的路线、方针已经明确,关键在于具体地、科学地管理。因此,迫切需要学习、研究高等职业教育管理。所谓高等职业教育管理,就是管理者为了实现高等职业教育的目标,而制定的一系列方针政策。本文第一章提出了能力场的概念,并对能力场做了理论研究。接着分析了我国高等职业教育管理存在的问题,并就如何完善高等职业教育管理进行了宏观和微观分析,提出了相关政策建议。同时对高职教育资源统筹,质量评估制度也进行了相应的分析,从而探索高等职业教育管理的新思路。总之,在由计划经济向市场经济转型过程中,在21世纪经济全球化的国际竞争格局背景下,逐步完善我国高等职业教育的管理,对于促进我国教育事业的健康发展,推动教育产业与社会其他产业的良性互动有着重要的意义。本文共有五章:第一章是导言部分,有研究的背景、研究的意义、方法和文献综述;第二章主要介绍了能力场的概要,能力场的构建;第三章从管理体制、运行机、资源以及其他问题分析了我国高职业教育管理中存在的问题;第四章是能力场下的高职院校微观管理,主要是从学院行政结构管理、课程设置管理、师资管理和教学评估等几方面来研究。最后从宏观的角度来研究高职教育管理的理念、目标、模式、以及制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher vocational education development and improvement lies in management, management to speed, management for quality, management should be effective. At present, China’s development of higher vocational education in line, guidelines have been specified, the key is specific and scientific management. Therefore, an urgent need to learn to study the management of higher vocational education. The so-called higher vocational education and management, that is, the manager in order to achieve the goal of higher vocational education, while developing a series of principles and policies.This first chapter presented the concept of field capacity, and ability to do theoretical research field. Then analyzes the management of China’s higher vocational education problems, and higher vocational education on how to improve the management of the macro and microscopic analysis. Put forward relevant policy recommendations to the vocational education resource co-ordination, the corresponding analysis; to explore the management of higher vocational education, new ideas; improve the quality of higher vocational education assessment system.
