超薄板带轧制中工作辊辊端压靠模型和机理研究

【摘要】 在超薄规格板带轧制中,工作辊辊端压靠问题越来越突出,引起带钢所承受的轧制压力、辊间接触压力和辊缝横向刚度等与非压靠状态有很大不同。本文详细分析了压靠工况下的受力和变形特征,建立了工作辊辊端压靠的判别方法,并以影响函数法为基础,研究了压靠工况下的辊系变形模型。并应用该模型对压靠的各工况进行了分析,得出了可用于指导生产的结论。论文的主要研究内容是:(1)深入研究传统影响函数法和快速辊系变形法,结合本课题要求,进行相应改进,建立了新的四辊轧机辊系变形模型。通过大量的计算与理论研究,验证了该模型的准确性,完善了热轧板形控制模型。另外,应用已开发的四辊轧机辊系变形算法思想和传统六辊轧机计算循环方法,开发了六辊辊系变形模型,并与有限元法计算结果进行了对比,初步验证了六辊轧机辊系变形模型的精度。(2)深入研究前人在铝箔轧制和平整机轧制中工作辊辊端压靠的处理方法后,开发了工作辊辊端压靠模块,并加入到四辊轧机辊系变形模型和六辊轧机辊系变形模型中。实现了对四辊轧机和六辊轧机工作辊辊端压靠的判断和计算。其中考虑工作辊辊端压靠的四辊辊系变形模型已和前人的有限单元法计算结果进行了对比,其发生压靠的临界厚度完全吻合。(3)应用本文开发的程序,对可能影响工作辊辊端压靠的各轧制因素进行了分析,包括带钢规格、辊型、弯辊、串辊和轧制压力分布不均匀程度等,得出各因素对工作辊辊端压靠的影响。另外分析了发生压靠前后,轧机横向刚度和弯辊力调控性能的变化。文中就超薄板带轧制中工作辊辊端压靠问题进行了大量模型和理论研究,希望对其板形控制作出一定贡献。
【Abstract】 In some ultra-thin strip rolling mills, it has often been found that the edges of the work rolls touch and deform when a narrow thin strip is rolled. In that case, the actual rolling pressure on strip, the intermediate force and the rolling gap configuration stiffness are different from the normal conditions. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the stress and deformation characteristics about work edge contact has been carried out, a new identification method and deformation model of work roll edge contact in hot rolling is developed which based on influence function method. In addition, a lot of working conditions have been discussed and the conclusions can be used to guide the production.Major researches are:(1) Studing traditional influence function method and rapid deformation method, and combine this topic request and carry on corresponding an improvement and built up new four rolls and six rolls stand deformation models. Through a large number of calculation and theoretical research, the accuracy of that model has been verified, the hot steel and cold steel rolling control models are well developed.(2) Studing the past treatment for work roll edge contact in the aluminum rolling and neat rolling. Work roll edge contact deformation part is developed. And a modified influence method is also developed to analyse the hot and cold rolling of thin strip when the work roll edges contact.(3) Using the developmented models of this article, the effect of strip width and thickniss, the profile of work roll, the bending force, the shift length of work roll and intermediate roll, the rolling preasure distripment are discussed. Another analysis is the mill stiffness and roll-bending force control performance changes before and after the edge contacting of work rolls.In this paper, a large number of theoretical researches and models of ultra-thin strip rolling work roll edge contacting, hoping to make some contribution to their profile control.
