基于HgCdTe红外探测器微弱信号处理电路研究

【摘要】 本论文以干涉式大气光谱探测技术为研究背景,设计了一套基于中波红外单元探测器的微弱信号放大电路(包括前置放大电路和主放大电路)和A/D转换电路,用以对红外探测器输出端的微弱电流信号进行低噪声放大和高速A/D转换。通过Cadence/ORCAD仿真结果可以看出,该设计能够有效地放大微弱电流信号,并快速准确地进行A/D转换,为项目下一步的进行提供了一定的参考。本论文重点介绍了用于干涉式大气光谱探测技术的中波红外单元探测器微弱信号处理电路的具体设计及其分析,具体内容主要包括:1.通过资料调研,介绍了论文的项目背景、项目的国内外发展状况以及主要研究内容;2.对中波红外单元探测器微弱信号检测电路的关键技术进行了研究,为后期的研究和设计打下基础。这些关键技术包括:干涉式大气光谱探测仪系统能量分析及指标分配、微弱信号检测电路的基本原理及其具体电路组成:3.对中波红外单元探测器信号检测电路进行了总体硬件具体电路设计,对项目后期的研究和进行具有一定的参考意义。主要包括:对入射到中波红外单元探测器的能量进行计算和实现光电转换、对转换后的微弱电流信号的差分前置放大电路和主放大电路进行设计,还包括A/D转换电路的设计;4.对所设计电路进行噪声分析,主要包括噪声分析建模、噪声理论分析,用以从理论角度验证所设计电路的正确性和有效性;5.利用Cadence/ORCAD仿真工具对所设计的电路进行仿真,并于理论分析结果进行对比。本论文创新点是:可应用于基于中波红外单元探测器微弱信号处理电路研制以及其它微弱信号检测电路。
【Abstract】 For low noise amplification and high speed A/D conversion of the low signal at the output of infrared detector, a set of low signal amplifying circuit (including the preamplifying circuit and the main amplifying circuit) and A/D conversion circuit based on medium wave infrared single detector is designed in this paper against the background of interferometric atmospheric spectral detection technology. It can be concluded from the Cadence/ORCAD simulation results that low signals can be amplified efficiently and converted from analog to digital acurately in this paper, which provides useful experience for future work.This paper mainly introduced low signal processing circuit of medium wave infrared unit for atmospheric spectral detection technology, including:1. The project background of this paper, the development situation and main research topics both in China and abroad are introduced after material investigation.2. The key technology of medium wave infrared single detector is deeply researched for later design, including enegy analysis and index allocation of interferometric atmospheric spectral detector, basic principle and specific circuit of low signal detection circuit3. The whole hardware circuit of signal detection circuit of medium wave infrared single detector designed, mainly including computation and photoelectric convertion of the incident energy of medium wave infrared single detector; design of differential preamplifying circuit and main amplifying circuit of the converted low signals and A/D convertion ciucuit.4. The noise analysis of the designed circuit mainly includes noise analysis modeling and nosie theory analysis to verify the correctness and efficiency of the designed circuit in the angle of theory.5. Compare the simulation results by Cadence/ORCAD with the theoretical results.Innovation points of this paper: the research of low signal processing circuit based on medium wave infrared single detector and other low signal detection circuit.
