农民组织与基层政权关系的类型学研究

【摘要】 市场经济条件下,农民获取生存资源方式多样化,农民阶层分化与个体组合并行突现。聚焦农村基层政治场域,碎片化的农民个体和多样化的农民组织围绕基层政权展开互动,国家与社会关系呈现出一个纷繁复杂的政治场景。类型学的分类研究为实现认识的清晰化提供方法论工具。类型学研究操作要义在于分类、建模、比较与建构。建立有效的社会组织形式对原子化的农民个体进行整合,正确认识和处理农民组织与基层政权的关系,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。农民组织作为当代农民结合的一种形态,探究其内在的生成机制和运行类型,是分类指导和科学管理的理论前提,也是研究基层社会场域中国家与社会关系的起点。农民组织与基层政权关系是国家与社会关系延伸至农村基层社会政治领域的具体体现,形式各异的农民组织在其生成过程中围绕基层政权形成了不同的关系类型。文章借助于类型学的研究方法,遵循类型学的研究要义,顺沿农民组织与基层政权关系发展脉络,对农民组织与基层政权的关系进行分类研究,促成认识的清晰化,分析关系成因,预测其政治后果,在理论上探寻农民组织与基层政权关系的理想模式,进而比较理想模式与现实模式之间的差距,从中找出农民组织与基层政权关系平衡发展的路径,促成国家政权体系最末端与最广大农村区域之间的平稳对接,实现农村基层社会的政治稳定与政治发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the condition of market economy ,peasants’ways of gaining living resources are diversified, differentiation of whole peasant class is appearing obviously as well as individual aggregation, Focusing on rural grassroots political field territory, people can find that fragmentizing peasants and diverse peasant organizations are launching interactions with the grassroots power,thus,the relationship between state and society of rural political field territory has laid out a complicated scene. Classified research of typology can provide researchers a methodological tool for clearly understanding on the subject.Typological operation essentials include classification,modelization,comparison and construction.The establishment of effective forms of social organization for integrating the atomized peasant individual,correctly understanding and dealing with relationship between peasant organizations and grassroots power will have important significance for theory and reality.Peasant organization exists as a form of contemporary peasant combination. Exploring its inherent formation mechanism and operation type is not only a theoretic prerequisite for classifying guidance and scientific management, but also a starting point of research on the relationship between state and society in the field territory of rural grassroots society.The rock-bottom relationship is specific embodiment of which relationship between state and society is extended to political domains of rural grassroots society.Diverse peasant organizations display different relationship types around the grassroots power in the process of their formation.By typological research method, this paper follows the essentials of typology, goes along development veins of relationship between peasant organizations and grassroots power, and makes cognition clearly on the basis of classified research on these relationship types ,then analysizes causes of these relationship types and predicts corresponding political consequences. By exploring ideal pattern of relationship between peasant organizations and grassroots power theoretically,and then comparing the gap between ideal pattern and real one. paths can be found out to balance development between peasant organizations and grassroots power, which can promote smooth docking of the furthest bottom of political power system with the widest rural areas ,and ultimately realize bidirectional benign interaction relationship between peasant organizations and grassroots power.更多还原
