【摘要】 随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和高校大众化教育的到来,社会要求高校培养的人才不仅具有扎实的基础、渊博的知识,而且要有完善的人格、较高的社会适应力和竞争力,以适应市场对不同人才规格的需求。以选课为基础的学分制以其明显的优势在我国高等学校中被日益广泛采用,成为我国高等教育改革的一个热点。学分制是我国高等教育适应现代社会人才培养和人才市场需求改革的必然。学分制不仅仅是一种教学管理模式,而且也是一种教育管理制度。因而它给整个高等学校教育和教学管理带来深刻的变革,这也必然会给大学生思想政治教育带来深刻的影响,对大学生思想政治教育途径的探究提出新的要求。中共中央、国务院颁布的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》(16号文件)中明确指出,要努力拓展新形势下大学生思想政治教育的有效途径。高校思想政治教育者要正确认识学分制条件下探索大学生思想政治教育途径的重要性,通过加强大学生通识教育、发挥校园文化的育人功能、重视社会实践的作用、强化网络文化载体作用、关注隐性思想政治教育、重视心理健康教育、提高思想政治教育工作队伍的素质和能力,努力构建符合学分制要求的高校大学生思想政治教育长效机制。本文的主要研究目的就是在理论上深刻理解学分制的本质要求,认清学分制条件下大学生思想政治教育存在的问题,进而寻求大学生思想政治教育的有益途径;在实践上,能够为学分制条件下的大学生思想政治教育途径的探究提供有益的、可操作性的模式,从而启发人们进行积极的实践探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Chinese Socialist Market Economy and arrival of Popular Education in Colleges and universities, the society requests that the talent in High Institutions should have not only solid Professional basis, extensive knowledge scale, but also perfect personality, broad adjusting and competing capability to meet the requirements of the market to different standards of students. Credit System , based on Courses—Selecting Institution, has been gradually adopted in wide range because of its apparent advantages and has become a new focus in High Education reform in our country.The Credit System is reform necessary of raising Person and the demand of personal market in the modern society. The Credit System is not only a teaching management model but also an education management system. So it has led to profound reform for the whole higher education and the teaching management. And it will bring profound impact to the ideological and political education and put forward new demand that ideological and political education of college students explore ways."With regard to further strengthen and improve ideological and political education of college students’ view" (The 16th documents), Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and State Council issued, clearly pose that we should make an effort to expand effective way of ideological and political education of college students under the new situation. The ideological and political educators of college should correctly understand that it is necessary to explore ways of the ideological and political importance of education under the Credit System. Strengthening of general education, exerting the education function of campus culture, valuing the role of social practice, Strengthening the role of cultural carriers network, Concerning about the hidden ideological and political education, attending to mental health education and improving the qualities and abilities of the ideological and political educators, make efforts to build a long-term mechanism of the ideological and political education which meet the credit system requirement.The main purpose of this paper is that we can deeply understand of the essential requirements of the credit system in theory and clearly know the problems of ideological and political education under credit system, to find a useful way of the ideological and political education.
