车身概念设计中接头的精细仿真研究

【摘要】 在车身概念模型设计中,由于忽略接头单元对整车扭转刚度、弯曲刚度还有模态的影响,导致概念设计产生结果与详细模型结果在数值上存在一定偏差,最明显表现在整车的扭转刚度上。本文针对这些情况作了以下几点工作:(1)针对目前比较难解决的接头仿真问题,用解耦方法实现刚度矩阵转化变形使其达到可以让参数化接头更符合真实情况。(2)全面地描述简化接头的模拟过程,详细阐明概念设计中接头单元的组成部分。(3)利用详细接头单元自身的物理属性,更加方便地测算出接头单元的刚度。通过CAE仿真实验,研究分析得出关于接头单元刚度的测算公式。并采用神经网络的原理对接头的刚度进行测算。(4)本文通过对比具有接头单元的简化车身模型与不带有接头单元的模型,分析认为具有接头单元的车身模型的扭转刚度更加贴近详细车身模型,验证概念设计的接头单元更加可行。

【Abstract】 Base on neglecting the study of the joint in the conception design, the torsion stiffness, the bending stiffness and the model of the whole car might be resulted in much error, especially in the change of the torsion stiffness. So far, the study of the concept joint had not been sufficient.The works as follow were made for these conditions:(1) The way of non-coupling was used to simulate the joint element model, in conception method to design the auto body structure.(2) This paper also describes the process how to simulate the concept joint model, the parts which were made up of the concept joint element and the way how to calculate the stiffness of the normal joint model.(3) The way to solve the stiffness of the joint element based on the physical properties was carried out. Through a large number of CAE simulation experiment on joint stiffness, the measurement formula was studied.(4) For validating the feasible of the way to simulate the joint model, the experiment that the compare between the white bodies model with joint model and that without joint model was expensed.
