青海地区酸性石料与沥青粘附性改善技术的研究

【摘要】 沥青与集料粘附性直接影响沥青路面的使用质量和耐久性。论文为了有效、合理的利用青海产酸性石料,使之成为能够满足抗水损害的高等级沥青路面表面层或磨耗层材料,从而达到就地取材、降低工程造价的目的,针对青海地区广泛分布的酸性石料与沥青的粘附性进行研究。研究了砂岩、花岗岩与掺加不同剂量抗剥落剂后的粘附性等级,并与石灰岩进行对比。确定了卡洛胺、PA-1型两种抗剥落剂为适用于青海地区改善酸性石料与沥青粘附性的抗剥落剂,并确定了抗剥落剂的合理掺量。本课题还进行了沥青混合料的组成设计及性能验证,结果表明,掺加优选出的抗剥落剂后,沥青混合料具有较好的抗水损害性能。论文还对水泥替换部分矿粉后的沥青混合料水稳定性进行了研究,表明添加水泥后,可改善混合料的抗水损害能力,也能提高高温稳定性。

【Abstract】 The adhesion of bitumen with stone aggregate directive influences the using of bituminous pavement quality and durability.To be effective and rational to use acid produced of Qinghai stone, so as to meet the water-damage high-grade bitumen pavement surface layer or wear layer material, and thus reach the purposes of use local materials and reduce the cost of engineering, Papers studied on adhesion of bitumen with acid stone that the Qinghai region wide distribution. And studied the adhesion levels of sandstone、granite with added different anti-stripping, and compared with the limestone. Had determined the Carloe amine and the PA-1 are suitable anti-stripping for the Qinghai area improvement adhesion of acidic stone material with the bitumen. And had determined the quantity reasonably of anti-stripping mixes. This topic has also carried on the bituminous mixture composition design and the performance confirmation, The result indicated that, after mixes adds the optimal anti-stripping agent, the bituminous mixture has the good anti-water harm performance.The paper has also conducted the research on bituminous mixture water stability that after the cement replace partial powdered, indicated the added cement, may improve the blend anti-water harm ability, also can enhance the high temperature stability.
