【摘要】 第四方物流作为新兴的服务部门,在物流发达国家已经进入快速发展阶段。然而,我国的第四方物流尚处于萌芽阶段,无论是理论研究还是实际操作均存在很多不足。如何有效的利用物流资源,降低物流成本,以及对物流进行整合管理已成为物流行业发展的重点,第四方物流的产生为这一问题的解决提供了一条捷径。目前,关于第四方物流企业运作的研究在我国还很少,但是,为促进我国物流社会化的发展,提高供应链的效率、解决物流瓶颈、重新整合供应链,第四方物流的发展又是必然的。本文首先指出了研究中国第四方物流的背景和意义,总结了国内外关于第四方物流的研究进展情况,运用美国经济学家贝恩的SCP产业组织理论框架来考究我国第四方物流的市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效以揭示我国第四方物流发展的状况。在研究中国第四方物流产业的市场结构时采用的主要指标为:市场集中度、产品差异化和进入与退出壁垒,然后结合收集到的数据进行实证分析。对该行业的企业行为的研究,主要是价格行为、并购行为和服务行为。接着分别从中国第四方物流业的资源配置效率、创新等方面对物流产业的市场绩效进行分析,并结合国内外相关的案例实证,得出制约我国先进物流产业发展缓慢的原因是不合理的市场结构。第四方物流在国外产生并迅速发展,主要在于它与第三方物流相比所具有的经济性,在借鉴美国和日本发展经验的基础上,并结合中国物流发展的实际情况,分析了中国发展第四方物流的独特优势,从而证明第四方物流发展的必要性和可能性,并在此基础上提出了相应的产业政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fourth party′s logistics industry has already entered fast developing stage as a new service department. But fourth party logistics industry of our country still belongs to juvenility industry, and both theoretical research and practical operation are not mature. How to make use of party′s logistics, reduce the cost and manage it, 4PL give the answer.At present, we are lack of the study of the operation of the 4PL, in order to promote the development of Chinese logistics community, improve the efficiency of the supply chain, resolve logistics bottlenecks and re-integration of the supply chain, the development of the 4PL is inevitable. First, the text points out the background and meaning of this research, and find the limitation those researches both in China and overseas. This text adopts the industrial organization and the traditional structure-conduct-performance(SCP)model, analyzing the current situations and development trends of fourth party′s logistics industry of our country.Using the index of Concentration, Product Differentiation and Entry and Exit Barriers analyze the structure of this industry. Analyzing this industry’s conduct which includes the price behaviors, mergers and acquisitions, services behaviors. But that is not enough. The performance of this industry is analyzed by the index of industrial efficiency of resource and so on. Using the example of China and overseas, analyze the advantage of the 4PL,we can conclude the cause to prevent the development of the 4PL is the structure.The 4PL has developed rapidly overseas. The cause is that the 4PL is more advantage than the 3PL. Using the example the 4PL of American and Japan, and the base of China, we get the unique advantage of China to develop it. To conclude the possible and necessary of advancement, and give the advice of developing the 4PL.更多还原
