基于流程的企业知识管理方法研究

【摘要】 知识经济时代,知识已经成为企业最重要的战略资源。谁拥有更多、更新的知识并能尽快将知识转化为生产力,谁就能在激烈的市场竞争中获胜。由于市场竞争加剧、新技术不断涌现,技术革新速度以几何速率加快。为了适应这种外部环境剧烈变化,企业需要动态地对自身做出相应的调整,这就要求管理者能够随时把握企业当前的业务流程、知识状态及其组织结构,并适时对其进行调整、改善甚至更新。企业业务流程管理和知识管理就是在这一时代背景下提出的两个全新理念,目前已成为国内外的两个重要研究课题。但总的来说,理论界与企业界普遍缺乏将知识管理的引入方法,许多关于知识管理的研究还停留在是否需要知识管理的程度上,或者没有提出一套普遍适用的知识管理方法,这极不利于知识管理的推广。基于流程的知识管理研究正是弥补当前方法缺陷的一种尝试,其研究目的在于提高企业知识管理实施的成功率。企业实施知识管理必须找到一个切入点,必须融入企业的业务流程,才能产生良好的效果。只有把知识管理应用于业务流程管理中,并使企业价值增加,才能更好地解决目前企业中实施知识管理与企业实际相脱离的情况,提高知识管理的成功率。因此,本文认为企业应将关键业务作为实施知识管理的突破口,应从如何提高核心竞争力的基础上选择知识管理方法。本文所提出的企业知识管理方法,在充分发挥知识管理和业务流程管理理论各自在提升企业竞争力方面存在的优势的同时,针对现有知识管理理论忽略了知识的目标导向性和不同知识重要性不同的两点不足,从加强对企业关键知识的管理进而提升企业核心竞争力的角度,提出了基于流程的知识管理方法。克服了现有知识管理方法在企业核心能力形成、客户价值实现等方面存在的问题,以及知识管理理论存在的信息管理化、脱离企业业务流程实际、忽视企业价值增值过程、就知识论知识等问题,完善了知识管理的理论基础。基于流程的知识管理方法强调以关键业务流程为基础进行知识管理,知识的获取、分类、共享(推荐)和储存都以关键流程为导向进行。强调了能够解决核心问题的企业的关键知识是企业最可宝贵的资源,是核心竞争力的源泉。企业通过识别关键业务流程和关键知识,可以提高对关键知识管理的效率和效果,更好地培育和提升企业核心竞争力。文章同时明确了如何确定企业的关键流程和关键知识的方法,以及如何建立企业关键流程网络,并通过管理关键知识进行知识管理的方法。本文最后以浪潮集团的知识管理实践为例,介绍了在实际的企业环境下,如何进行知识管理,进而构建以关键流程基础的企业知识管理系统的方法。

【Abstract】 In the knowledge economy time, knowledge has become the most important strategic resources. Who have more and newer knowledge, and change them to productivity as fast as possible, who can win in the competitive market. Because of the severe competition and frequent technical renovation,enterprises should make correspondent adjustment to oneself dynamically .Managers are required to knowenterprise’s present business procedure, knowledge state and institutional framework at any time, and to adjust, upgrade and improve them timely. Management of Enterprise Business procedure and Knowledge Management are two brand-new ideas that are put forward under this era background ,and the have already become two important subjects for research both at home and abroad at present.But till now, there still hasn’t been a well developed method to import KM to an enterprise. The research of KM still stays with its necessity, which is not good to its development. The study on process-based Enterprise knowledge management is a kind of attempt to make up for the defect of present method. The purpose of this study is to enhance the chance of success of KM project.To implement knowledge management effectively, enterprises must melt knowledge management into the business process of enterprise. Applying knowledge management to business process management could help to solve the problem that most enterprises knowledge management breaks away from the enterprises. this thesis argues about that the key business should be the breakpoint in the execution of knowledge management, and the choice of knowledge management strategy should be based on how to enhance the key business ability.Aim at the two short ages that was ignored by nowadays knowledge management researching: the question oriented of the knowledge and the different knowledge has different importance, the method of Process-based Enterprise Knowledge Management brought forward by this dissertation. This thesis proposed Enterprise Knowledge Management method ,which display fully knowledge management and the value chain management theory superiority respectively which exists during the promotion enterprise competitive power aspect, at the same time overcame the question about forming in the enterprise core ability and customer value realization and which exist in KM method, as well as the knowledge management theory existence information physics and chemistry, was separated from the enterprise business process, neglect enterprise value questions and increment process. This thesis has built the foundation for the knowledge management theory consummation.The Process-based Enterprise Knowledge Management method emphasizes that the knowledge management should be directed by the key processes, and all of the acquirement, classification, share (recommendation)and storage of the knowledge should be operated by the key question. It also stresses that the key knowledge those can be used to resolve the key question is the most important resource of the corporation and the head spring of the Core Competence. Through the identification of Key- Business Process and key knowledge, the efficiency and the effect of knowledge management will be improved, and the cultivation and update of the core competence will be done better. At the same time, the dissertation points out how does the key business process and the key knowledge domains of the corporation be confirmed, how dose the Key Knowledge network of the corporation be established, and how dose the knowledge of the corporation be managed through the method.At last,inspur group’s knowledge management practice is given to introduce the methods that how dose the process-based Enterprise knowledge Management System be analyzed and programmed in the enterprise environment.
