檀香、木香行气的物质基础研究

【摘要】 目的:对檀香、木香不同提取方法所得到的不同提取物进行相关胃肠运动研究,为初步阐明辛能行气的现代化表征提供药理学实验依据。方法:采用离体实验方法、小鼠炭末推动法,对正常、新斯的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷小鼠模型进行研究。结果:檀香水提液在5mg/ml-100mg/ml剂量之间对豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌有兴奋作用;檀香在150mg/ml大剂量时对豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌有抑制作用;木香水提液在1.5mg/ml-2.5mg/ml量之间对豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌有兴奋作用;在25mg/ml大剂量时对离体回肠平滑肌有抑制作用。檀香、木香挥发油和檀香、木香醇提液对豚鼠离体回肠具有抑制作用,并且对乙酰胆碱、组胺、氯化钡所致的离体肠痉挛有拮抗作用。檀香二氧化碳超临界提取物水提液体对豚鼠离体回肠有兴奋作用。檀香水提液和超临界萃取水提液,对小鼠正常炭末推进有促进作用(P<0.01),檀香、木香醇提液均能对肾上腺素所致的肠抑制有推动作用(P<0.01)。檀香挥发油、木香挥发油均对新斯的明所致肠亢进模型作用有抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:初步表明挥发油是檀香、木香行气的物质基础,也是辛味行气的物质基础之一。

【Abstract】 The material related pharmacodynamic study of sandalwood and aucklandia lappa decneObjective Adopt to sprot-related gastrointestinal research the different extract by different extraction methods of sandalwood and aucklandia lappa decne. to clarify the material of pungent for the initial provision of basic pharmacology experimental basis.Methods:The experiment method of experiment method of isolated ileum smooth muscle of guinea pig and the experiment method of intestine propulsion of carbon ink in mice was used. Apply the small intestinal movement experiments with charcoal powder in healthy mice, neostigminetrested mice and mice with adrenaline.Result:Extracts of Sandalwood having the excited effect between 5mg/ml-100mg/ml dosages to in vitro agitated smooth muscle of cavy and has inhibitory action During the period of 150 mg/ml dosage. Extracts of aucklandia lappa decne having the excited effect between 5mg/ml-100mg/ml dosages and has inhibitory action at dose 25mg/ml in vitro agitated smooth muscle of cavy. The vartile oil of sandalwood and aucklandia lappa decne. Sandalwood alcohol extract and aucklandia lappa decne have the excited effect in vitro agitated smooth muscle of cavy. And have vitro antagonism of intestinal spasm by acetylcholine, histamine, barium chloride The aqueous extracts of sandalwood supercritical can promote gastrointestinal movement.Sandalwood water extract and supercritical fluid extraction of water extracts of mice at the end of the normal carbon has a catalytic role to promote (P<0.01) Sandalwood extract alcohol, aucklandia lappa decne have promoted the role of intestinal by the adrenaline-induced suppression (P<0.01).A remarkable antagonistic effect of the Sandalwood Essential oil and aucklandia lappa decne oil of sandalwood supercritical against the increase of gastrointestinal movement induced by neostigmine was observed in mice (P< 0.01)Conclusion:Preliminary results show that the volatile oil of pungent drugs are the material basis.
