浙江移动传输综合网管的设计与实现

【摘要】 传输网是电话网、数据通信网、智能网等各种业务网的神经和支撑,是通信网中建设和维护的重要部分。网络的维护最主要是通过网管系统来完成的。随着浙江移动传输网络规模的不断扩大,设备的种类和数量不断增加,网络的复杂性和异构化程度日益提高,给网络管理带来了很大的困难。目前各设备厂商的网管系统都采用不同的技术和管理协议,只能管理自身网元,各网管系统之间无法实现数据互通,导致整个网络的管理分散、操作界面不一。随着全省向集中维护管理体制转变的要求,需要对全网资源、网络拓扑,网络故障进行宏观把握和数据分析,因此建设一套综合网管系统,从全省范围内通过一种操作界面和网管系统实现对网络的进行统一管理,对促进维护体制改变、提升传输网维护管理水平及效果具有极其重要的意义。本论文选题自企业项目“中国移动传输综合网管建设”。作者作为浙江移动传输综合网管项目主要实施者,参与了整个项目的部分内容的需求调研、需求分析,项目设计和工程实施全过程。本文针对浙江移动的传输网现状、结合中国移动网管系统建设目标和对省内维护管理要求进行需求分析,从管理层次、管理功能、信息模型、接口协议和管理网的实现等方面深入研究了当前主流的两种综合网管技术:基于TMN的网管系统和基于CORBA的网管系统。通过对CORBA和TMN的比较,作者提出了在网络层上运用CORBA思想构建传输综合网管的可行性和现实性,首先对浙江移动的传输综合网管系统进行了体系结构和功能设计,接着提出了一种基于CORBA接口,结合消息队列、XML技术来采集设备网管告警、配置、性能等网络运行数据的设计思路和实现方法,最后通过数据应用层完成相应功能开发;针对现阶段综合网管功能只负责告警和性能监视的情况,着重介绍了综合告警模块功能的实现,详细说明了告警原始数据收集、入库、处理的方法,通过对流程梳理、再造,在综合告警模块功能具体实现过程中创新性地对入库过程中原始数据的处理、告警处理流程进行了重新设计,体现出了鲜明的特色,在提高工作效率、实现快速故障处理、提升维护管理水平等方面效果十分显著,对设计开发同类系统也具有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 The transmission network, which is an important part for the construction and maintenance of communication network, is the nerve and support network of the Telephone Network, Data Communication Network, Intelligence Network, and all kinds of new communication service. The maintenance of the network is carried out chiefly through Net Management System (NMS). With the expansion of equipment kinds and amount ,the network becomes more and more complexity, variance, which brings big difficulty to network management. Now because the net management system provided by the manufacturers uses differ technology and management protocols, it makes the system can only manage the equipments provided by him. The data between different management system can’t inter-communicate, this result in the difference of operating interface and decentralization of the network management. By the management system of ZJMCC changing to centralization, it needs to zmacroeconomic control the resource, topology, fault of all network and analyze such data. So building a synthesize network management system, management the network untidily with using one operating interface is important to our maintenance system changing, level upgrading of management.This thesis comes from the project of China mobile transmission colligation network management system construction. The author, being in charge of the project, participated in the whole progress including request research, analyze, project design and project actualize. This thesis ,which aims at the network status of ZJMCC, combining the construction goal of CMCC network management system, deeply researched two main network management technology: colligation NMS based TMN and colligation NMS based on CORBA from many side such as administrative levels, management functions, information model, interface protocol and management actualizing and so on. By comparing CORBA with TMN, the author advised that it is feasibility to build transmission colligation NMS with using CORBA on network level. Firstly the author designed the system construction and functions of colligation NMS of ZJMCC, then advised the way to achieve the goal based on CORBA interface, message queue ,XML technology. In the end, we can finish function exploitation through data application layer. For the condition is that colligation NMS can only take charge alarms and performance now, the author introduced the realization of colligation alarm module emphasesly , showed the method of originality alarm data collecting, putting in database and managing, by rebuilding the flow ,we originally create the alarm flow in course of data managing, putting in database. The system has brilliant feature, which has significant improvement on work effieciency, quick win on issue resolve ,step up management level. Also it has some reference value to design the similar system.
