【摘要】 进入新世纪以来,遭受亚洲金融危机打击最严重的印尼经过10年的经济结构调整,已经逐步摆脱经济衰退的阴霾,走上发展的轨道。从2007年开始,印尼经济进入了一个强劲稳定增长的时期。那么印尼新世纪以来的经济结构做了哪些调整?经济发展状况怎样?最终会向何处去?本文对这些问题进行了初步的探讨。全文正文共分四章:第一章介绍了印尼的基本情况及1997年金融危机对印尼经济的严重冲击状况。第二章探讨政府应对经济衰退进行经济结构调整的政策举措:如在政策措施方面进行银行改革和银行体系重组;调整投资政策,改善投资环境;调整农业、工业、贸易等;调整经济发展模式:从出口导向战略向个人消费、投资和出口“三驾马车”拉动经济增长的模式调整;对产业结构的深化与升级的经济结构调整;及对区域经济发展不平衡问题的调整。前两方面的经济政策属于短期政策,旨在维持经济稳定,阻止经济继续下滑。后四个方面的政策则致力于经济发展路径的转换,使其经济重新获得增长活力。第三章论述新世纪以来印尼经济经过经济结构调整所获得的经济增长局面,同时也分析了经济发展中存在的一些问题,包括债务庞大,失业和贫困仍然严重,贪污腐败严重,法治难于树立,城乡二元结构明显,经济结构还不甚合理等。研究表明,印尼经济发展路径的转换面临重重困难,不是短期内就能够达成的目标。第四章对印尼经济前景进行思考与分析,虽然印尼经济在宏观上已经取得了一些成就,但是印尼的产业竞争力并没有从根本上得到提高,只有切实调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式,狠抓高新技术产业、品牌经济和现代服务业,推进产业结构优化升级,逐步形成以高新技术产业为先导、先进制造业为支撑、服务业全面发展的产业链,印尼经济才能真正得获得高速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the new century, Indonesia servely hitted by the Asian financial crisis has been gradually emerging from the shadow of economic recession and embarks on development after 10 years of economic restructuring. Since 2007, Indonesia’s economy has entered a period of strong steady growth. Well, what adjustment has been made in Indonesia’s economic structure? What about economic development? Ultimately go? In this paper, these issues have been discussed. The full text of the body is divided into four chapters:The first chapter introduces the basic situation in Indonesia and the severe impact on Indonesia in 1997 .The second chapter researches on the economic structural adjustment policy the government should carry out during the economic recession, such as banking reform and restructuring of the banking system; adjustment the investment policy to improve the investment environment; adjustment of agriculture, industry, trade, etc.; adjustment model of economic development: from the export-oriented strategy to the personal consumption, investment and exports "Troika" to promote economic growth mode of adjustment;the deepening of industrial structure and upgrade the economic structure; regional economic development and the adjustment of imbalances. The first two aspects of economic policies are short-term policy aimimg at maintaining economic stability, preventing the economy continues to decline.The later four aspects of economic development policy is committed to the shift of path, re-growth of the economy.The third chapter focuses on the Indonesian economy since the new century, the economic structure adjustment after the economic growth, as well as an analysis of the economic development of many problems, including a huge debt, unemployment and poverty, serious corruption, difficulty of establishing the rule of law, urban-rural dual structure, unreasonable economic structure etc. Studies have shown that the path of economic development in Indonesia is facing a difficult transition, not the short term goals can be reached.The fourth chapter is about the Indonesian economic outlook for reflection and analysis. Although Indonesia’s economy at the macro has made some achievements, Indonesia’s industrial competitiveness has not improved fundamentally. The only way is to adjust the industrial structure, change the mode of economic growth, pay close attention to high-tech industries, modern service economy and the brand, and promote the optimization and upgrad of industrial structure, and gradually form the industry chain which has the guide to high-tech industries, advanced manufacturing support, all-round development of service, then the Indonesian economy can access to high-speed development .更多还原
