配电自动化系统关键技术研究及配变监测终端开发

【摘要】 配电自动化系统是集计算机技术、自动控制技术、数据通信技术以及电力系统相关技术于一体的信息管理控制系统,是现代电力自动化热门研究课题。本文结合广州供电局配电自动化发展需求,根据当前通信技术以及计算机信息处理技术的发展水平,在层次结构、通信方式、电缆故障定位以及配变监测终端开发等几个方面,翔实地分析、论证了广州供电局配电自动化系统的组建方案。文章还给出了电缆故障定位的技术方案、利用SCILAB分析多种交流采样算法误差的思想和实现方法;最后文章介绍了基于本文方法研发的配变监测终端(TTU)的软件、硬件总体设计及其关键功能模块,文章在如下方面提出了与传统应用不同的方案:1.配电网络的两层结构。囿于历史上的通信与计算机控制技术,经典配电自动化网络系统采用三层结构。这种结构对于现代通信与控制技术表现出极大的冗余和过多的资源不当消费。因此,本文经过论证,提出了采用两层结构构建配网系统的方案。实践证明,本文提出的方法不仅满足工程需求,而且更加符合现代技术特征和发展趋势。2.基于无线公网的通信技术方案。传统的通信是采用专网实现的,成本高。结合无线通信技术的发展,本文提出了利用无线公网建立无线虚拟专网实现配电自动化通信的技术方案。该方案突破了传统采用专用通信网络的建设思路,可极大降低通信网络的建设费用和维护成本。3.基于广州配网设备和通信基础,提出了采用电缆故障指示器信息自动上传,配网主站判断故障定位的技术方案,有效降低了建设费用和运行维护成本。

【Abstract】 The Distribution Automation System (DAS) is a control system with information management, which involves in computer technology, automatic control technology, data communication technology as well as related electric power technology. It is a hot topic for electric power management to develop DAS. Considering the development level of computer technology and communication technology, this thesis makes a detail study on system construction strategies and proposes concrete construction strategy for Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau, in which hierarchical structure model, communication mode, power cable fault location technology as well as implementation of Transformer Terminal Unit (TTU) are studied deeply in support of this strategy. This thesis then puts forward technical scheme of power cable fault location and the designed idea and implementation approach of using SCILAB to analyze errors of various kinds of ac sampling algorithms. At last, this thesis presents design scheme of software and hardware and key modules for TTU. Main research innovations in this thesis are as follows:1. Two- tier structure of distribution network. Constrained by historical development level of computer technology and communication technology, generally, three-tier structure is used in the classical DAS, which, however, shows enormous redundancy and waste of resources. To solve this problem, it has proposed that DAS for Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau should choose two-tier structure by proving the feasibility. The practice has proved that the method proposed by this thesis not only meets the project need, but also conforms to the modern technology characteristic and the trend of development.2. Communication technology strategy based on the wireless public network. The traditional strategy is realized by private network and the cost is very high. According to the development of the wireless communication technology, it has proposed that using wireless public network technology to build the wireless virtual private network to realize DA. Breaking with the traditional thinking mode based on the virtual private network, this method succeeds in reducing the communication network construction expense and maintenance cost.3. Power cable fault location scheme based on cable fault indicator and main station with fault detection and location. The power cable fault location scheme is given in which power cable fault indicator is used to automatically upload information and main station with fault detection and location is adopted. As a result, the construction expense and running maintenance cost are greatly reduced.
