【摘要】 随着我国经济飞速的发展,人们对危险货物的需求逐步增加,作为连接生产和需求的必要手段——物流,其需求也将不断增加。本文对危险货物和危险货物物流的涵义进行了概述,总结了目前第三方物流企业的主要类型,并对进行危险货物第三方物流企业经营分析的必要性作了全方面韵阐述。关于危险货物物流企业的管理现状归纳前人研究的成果,并对目前存在管理现状进行了总结。最后通过对危险货物第三方物流企业经营的SWOT分析,得出其战略重点为WO战略,并依此提出了相应的对策。同时对危险货物第三方物流企业经营对策的重点即物流信息化投入作了重要的分析,运用模块化的设计思想,提出了危险货物物流信息平台的功能设计。通过对基于运输的第三方物流企业的典型流程分析,使各流程功能与危险货物物流信息平台的各功能模块有效对应,分析了危险货物第三方物流企业经营系统的建立。本文研究成果主要体现在以下几个方面;(1)通过对目前危险货物物流企业现状分析,总结了目前存在两种管理方式;(2)提出目前危险货物第三方物流企业的类型;(3)运用SWOT分析法对危险货物第三方物流企业经营进行了战略分析,同时在对内外部因素的分析时引入了环境要素优序矩阵、内外部关键要素协同和危险货物战略分析雷达图,确定了相应的战略要点,并依此提出了相应的经营对策。(4)提出了危险货物物流信息平台具体建设构想,利用模块化的设计思想,提出危险货物物流信息平台主要有信息服务系统、交易支持系统、应急救援系统、动态监控系统,并对四个系统分别进行了分析。(5)通过对基于运输的典型流程分析与危险货物物流信息平台的功能系统进行了条理性的分析,提出基于危险货物物流信息平台第三方物流企业经营系统购建思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid economy development in China, the people’s demands for the hazardous goods increase gradually. As the essential method to connect the production and demand, the logistics demand will increase unceasingly. This article has carried on the outline of the implication of hazardous goods and hazardous goods logistics, summarizes the predominant type of the present third party logistics enterprise, and has made an entire elaboration about necessary analysis of hazardous goods third party logistics business. About the management of the hazardous goods logistics enterprise, we carry on the summary of the predecessor studies and the presents. Finally through the SWOT analysis to the hazardous goods third party logistics business, we obtain that the strategy emphasis is the WO strategy, and proposed the corresponding counter measure. Meanwhile we have made an important analysis on the key measure, and with the utilization modulation design thought, proposed the functional design about hazardous goods logistics information platform. According to the typical flow analysis on the third party logistics enterprise, we cause various flows function and various functions module of the hazardous goods logistics information platform make an effective correspondence, and analyze the establishment of business system of hazardous goods third party enterprise.The innovation achievement of the article mainly manifests in following aspects:(1) Through the present situation analysis of hazardous goods logistics enterprise, the article summarizes two management ways;(2) proposed the types of hazardous goods third party logistics enterprise at present;(3) Flowed the enterprise using the SWOT analytic method to make an strategic analyze on hazardous goods third party logistics business, simultaneously when to the factor analysis, it has introduced the environment essential factor superior foreword matrix, essential factor coordination and the hazardous goods strategy analysis relative plot, and has determined the corresponding strategic point, and proposed the corresponding management counter measure according to this. (4) proposed the concrete construction conception of hazardous goods logistics information platform, using the modulation design thought ,proposed that the information platform mainly included the information service system, the transaction support system, the emergency recovery system and the dynamic supervisory system ,and had separately carried on the analysis to four systems.(5) Through the orderliness analysis to typical flow and the functional system of the information platform, the construction thought of the hazardous goods third party business is proposed.更多还原
