CMC-三硝基间苯二酚钡的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了用晶形控制剂而制得的CMC-斯蒂酚酸钡的晶体结构、性质及合成方法.从结晶学原理出发,对影响CMC-斯蒂酚酸钡质量的因素分别进行了讨论,同时对其合成工艺条件进行了优化。通过对CMC-期蒂酚酸钡进行的摩擦感度、火焰感度、撞击感度、静电火花感度的测定,表明CMC-斯蒂酚酸钡是一种较钝感的起爆药,具有较好的火焰感度;通过对药剂真空安定性、相容性、75℃热失重、吸湿性的测试,表明CMC-斯蒂酚酸钡具有良好的物理、化学安定性,吸湿性小,与一般材料的相容性好。另外本文还用差示量热法(DSC)、热失重(TGA)和真空安定性方法对CMC-斯蒂酚酸钡进行了的热分析研究,计算出活化能(Ea)为154.18KJ/mol。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the structure,properties and the precipitation of the CMC-barium styphnate to use the crystal form control.According to the Principle of crystallography,the factors which affect the quantity of the CMC-barium styphnate were certained by discussion.At the same time,its synthesize the craft conditionthe were dived by excellent turn the discussion.The friction sensitivity,flames sensitivity,impact sensitivity,static electricity spark sensitivity were tested,express the CMC-barium styphnate is a bluntness feeling and is sentive to flame,the vacuum stability, compatibility,75℃the heat lose heavy,absorb of the damp condition were tested,express the CMC-barium styphnate is stabilize of the physics chemistry aspect,it hygroscopic power is small,with the compatibility of the general material good.Moreover this paper studied the thermal decomposition with differ to show the hot method of quantity(DSC),the heat lose heavy(TGA)and the vacuum stability,at the same time it is apparent activation energy(Ea)is computed,it is 154.18 KJ/mol.
