基于GPRS的高压开关设备温度监控系统研究

【摘要】 论文结合开关设备特点与GPRS优点,开发了一套基于GPRS的高压开关设备温度监控系统。监控系统由下位的数据采集终端、GPRS网络、Internet网络和上位监控中心构成。数据采集终端安装在开关设备内部,以TI公司的TMS320F2812为控制器,采用热电堆温度传感器实现对柜内母线排的非接触测量,根据测量结果启动柜内相应的风机组降温,并将测量值在LCD上显示出来。本系统采用内置TCP协议的SIM300C作为GPRS模块,由DSP发送AT命令控制GPRS模块接入Internet,采用动态域名解析的方案使采集终端获得上位监控中心的动态IP地址,并通过GPRS模块同上位机建立TCP连接,然后传送温度数据。上位监控中心软件采用LabVIEW编写,利用LabVIEW队列技术实现上位机一个点同时与下位多个GPRS模块点建立TCP连接,接受终端发送的温度数据,将它们存入数据库中,本系统可以通过数据库实现温度数据的历史曲线查询功能,为优化电力调度提供依据。本论文组建的高压开关设备监控系统,能够实现对地域分散的多个高压开关设备的集中有效监控,具有较强的实用性和较好的发展前景。

【Abstract】 This job combines with the characteristics of the high-voltage-switch and the advantages of GPRS , and develops a set of temperature monitoring system of high-voltage-switch device based on GPRS. The monitoring system consists of the data acquisition terminal、GPRS network、internet network and monitor center.The data acquisition terminal is installed inside of the high-voltage-switch; it adopts TMS320F2812 as the controller and uses thermopile temperature sensors to realize non-contacting measurement for the bus row of the cabinet. According to the measurement results, the wind cooling unit will be started to lower the temperature, and the measured values are displayed on the LCD.This system adopts the SIM300C which is built in TCP protocol as GPRS module, DSP module sends AT commands to control GPRS module, and access Internet. This system uses dynamic DNS, so the data acquisition terminal can get the dynamic IP address of the monitoring center, the data acquisition terminal set up TCP connection with the upper computer by the GPRS module, and then data acquisition terminal sends the temperature data.The software of the monitoring center uses the LabVIEW compilation, and use LabVIEW queues technology to realize that a upper point and the lower points of GPRS module set up TCP connection at the same time. The software accepts the temperature data which are sent by the terminal, then stores them in the database. We can realize historical curve inquiry function of the temperature data through the database; this function provides the basis for the optimized electric power dispatch.In this paper, the monitoring system of the high-voltage switch equipment is set up, this system can let the monitoring center to monitor effectively many high-voltage switch equipments which are scattered in the region, so this system has the strong usability and the good prospects for development.
