军用汽车红外搜索系统的设计

【摘要】 红外搜索系统应用于军用汽车在国内还属于首创。本文介绍了红外搜索系统的基本原理,发展,并对军用汽车红外搜索系统进行了设计。设计部分主要分为:对光学系统、探测器、扫描机构、信号处理、显示的综合设计。光学系统选用了折射式光学系统,以锗单晶为光学材料。系统参数通光孔径为100mm,焦距为115毫米。探测器选用光伏型碲镉汞探测器,其工作波段在8-12微米,峰值探测比率0.1-1×1010cm·Hz1/2·W-1,工作温度77K,时间常数-1×108s,单个尺寸0.2毫米乘以0.2毫米。致冷器选用的是开环焦耳一汤姆逊致冷器,制冷剂用液氮。扫描机构,行扫描用旋转八面反射镜鼓,帧扫描采用摆动平面反射镜。信号处理采用光电多路传输、脉宽激励方式。目标的可见光热图像由摄像管摄像,电视显示。

【Abstract】 Infrared search system will be used in military vehicles also fall for the first time at home.In this paper, the principles , applications development and designation of infrared searching system on military cars are introduced. The main part of the design are divided into: optical systems, detectors, body scanners, signal processing, show the integrated design.Selection of the optical system-refraction optical system; the single crystal germanium-optical materials:D0 = 100mm; f’= 115mm; .Selection of PV-detector HgCdTe detector; Work of the its band: 8-12um;λp = 11.5um ; D’λp =0.1-1×1010cm·Hz1/2·W-1; Operating temperature: 77K;Time constant: -1×10-8s; Single size: 0.2mm×0.2mm。Cooling device is selectedopen-loop Joule - Thomson refrigeration, liquid nitrogen refrigerant.Body scan, the scanning mirror with eight rotating drum, using scanning frame swing plane mirror.Signal processing using optical multiplexing, pulse-width incentive approach.The goal of visible light, thermal imaging camera by the camera tube, the television show.
