车体参数测试平台系统的研究

【摘要】 车体参数测试平台系统主要用于重型车辆的质量和质心测量,文中详细阐述了测试平台系统的测量原理和总体结构,对各个分系统的组成和功能进行了分析和设计,着重采用了有限元分析方法设计测试平台,有效解决了平台结构刚度和固有频率问题。另外还对液压组件和计算机测控部分进行了初步分析和选型。该系统基于静态称重原理并采用平台支撑反力法,通过测试平台对被测车体进行支撑,由压力传感器得出被测车体的质量并计算出水平面上的质心坐标,然后再赋予平台一定的倾斜角度,得出质心垂直方向的坐标,从而实现对车体质量质心的测量。最后经过误差分析与理论计算,前倾角定位精度能够达到0.05°,质量测量误差达到±0.2%,X、Y向质心位置测量误差达到±4mm,Z向质心位置测量误差优于±8mm。

【Abstract】 Platform system for measuring parameters of vehicle is designed to measure mass and centroid in heavy vehicle scopes. The structure and measurement principle of this platform system are described in the paper, the composition and function of sub-systems are also analyzed and discussed detailedly. Especially, platform is designed by Finite Element Analysis (FEA), structure stiffness and inherence frequency of platform have been effectively resolved. In addition, the subassembly of fluid drive and sensor measurement are preparatory made choice of model.Based on static state theory and platform underpropping & reverse force technique, mass and centroid at the level can be measured by stress sensor through platform underprops vehicle, then centroid at the uprightness can be measured when platform inclines to stated angle, consequently measuring for parameters of vehicle can be realized. Through error analysis and theory calculation, the orientation precision of obliquity reaches 0.05°, error of mass reaches±0.2%, error of centroid at X、Y direction reaches±4mm,but error at Z direction excelled±8mm.
