某多管火箭炮非线性动态特性研究

【摘要】 本文以某多管火箭炮发射装置为研究对象,综合运用结构动力学方法和非线性有限元理论对其动态特性进行了研究,以探讨发射装置结构参数对多管火箭炮初始扰动的影响。本文研究的主要内容包括以下几个方面:①结合发射装置系统结构原理,对全炮进行适当的简化假设,建立某多管火箭炮的结构动力学有限元模型;②利用建立的结构动力学模型,对多管火箭炮在不同耳轴长度下的动态响应进行模拟计算,对比分析了耳轴长度的变化对火箭弹起始扰动的影响,为耳轴设计提供依据;③为了满足行军安全性和稳定的设计要求,由预定闭锁力得出闭锁器初始结构,并通过结构动力学仿真,探讨预紧量和卡簧厚度变化对闭锁器力学特性的影响,获得闭锁器预紧量和卡簧厚度两参数对闭锁力影响的规律;④分析了火箭炮在不同的闭锁力情况下发射装置振动特性,以及火箭弹与定向管相互碰撞的力学特性。得出了在不同闭锁力条件下火箭弹后定心部滑离开定向器时复杂的运动规律,为闭锁力的选择提供参考。文中的研究工作为火箭炮发射过程动态响应与火箭弹初始扰动分析打下一定的基础。

【Abstract】 This thesis focuses on structural dynamic design of a multiple rocket launcher with the theory of structural dynamics and nonlinear finite element, and investigated the effect of structural parameters of launcher rockets on initial disturbance of rocket launcher.The main contents include the following aspects:①Based on the structural principles of launching system, simplify the configuration reasonably. The structural dynamics finite element model of multiple rocket launcher is set up by using finite element software.②Based upon the established mechanical model of structural dynamics, study the dynamic response of multiple rocket launcher which has different length of trunnion. Result obtained by analyzing the initial disturbance of the multiple rocket launcher, to provide reference for trunnion design.③In order to meet the security march, the blocking structure’s initial structural parameters derived from the locking force, and working process of blocking mechanism is simulated, Results obtained by applying these different pre-tightening and thickness on locking plate to determine the effects of locking force, These results show that mechanical properties of the close-down block of rocket launcher and changes in the law of force. ?The dynamics of multiple launcher systems are studied via digital simulations based on the different locking force. The useful result was obtained through the analysis of the vibration characteristics of rocket launchers and the situation of pipe-bombs collision. It provides a useful reference for the choice of locking force.The work and results obtained in this thesis provide good references for design of multiple rocket launcher, and lays the foundation for the dynamic response of the process of rocket launchers and the analysis of the initial disturbance rocket.
