短电弧加工机理研究

【摘要】 短电弧强电加工技术在对高硬度、高强度、高韧性的难加工材料的高效加工方面具有突出的优良性能。针对目前短电弧加工机理还不清楚,技术工艺方法还不够先进等现实问题,以短电弧加工技术现有研究成果为基础,进行短电弧加工技术的深入分析和研究是必要。在本课题中,作者承担了短电弧加工机理研究,用实验方法对其基本规律进行验证和总结主要工作内容如下:1、简要介绍当前的特种加工技术的基本原理、特性、发展现状、发展趋势及当前研究的热点问题及成果,并与短电弧加工进行对比分析。2、借鉴气体电弧放电和电火花加工理论对短电弧加工中的基本规律进行了深入研究分析,在此基础上提出短电弧放电加工的理论问题。3、对气液混合介质在短电弧加工中所起到的特殊作用进行了较为详细地分析和研究。

【Abstract】 Short arc machining(SAM) technique has special performance on machining hard machining materials which have great rigidity,intensity and tenacity. At this time, the working mechanism of SAM technique is not yet clear,and the technological method is not very advanced.It is necessary to research about technical mechanism question based on former study conclusions.In this issue, the authors assume a mechanism of the short arc process, using experimental methods to verify its basic law and summarize the main tasks as follows:1, a brief introduction of the special processing technology present the basic principles, characteristics, development status, trends and hot topics of current research and results, and with a short arc process were analyzed.2, arc discharge gas from the theory of short-arc processing of the basic law of the processing carried out in-depth research and analysis, in this based on short-arc discharge processing theoretical issue.3, on the gas-liquid mixture processing in the short arc of the special role played by a more detailed analysis and research.
