【摘要】 随着体育国际化、现代化、社会化和产业化的发展趋势,科学技术与体育广泛交融,并在体育领域扮演了愈来愈重要的角色,现今,体育科技作为一个国家或地区体育综合实力的重要表现,被普遍重视和优先发展。因此,探讨和研究体育科技的发展现状与对策具有重要的现实和理论意义。我国体育科技从起步、停滞、恢复发展到今天的蓬勃发展,经历了一个艰辛的创业过程。自2001年我国取得第二十九届夏季奥运会举办权以来,我国体育科技迎来了发展的黄金时期。然而,我国体育科技的发展也面临着一些突出的矛盾与问题,这些问题已在不同程度上制约了我国体育科技的全面、协调和可持续发展。本研究以我国体育科技为研究对象,采用文献资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,全面分析了我国体育科技的发展状况,深入探究了影响我国体育科技发展的因素,提出了促进我国体育科技发展的对策。主要包括:一、制定新时期我国体育科技发展规划,统领我国体育科技发展。二、持续深化体育科技管理体制改革。包括体育科技行政管理体制改革、体育科研管理体制改革和促进管理的规范化、专业化。三、加大体育科技人才培养力度,造就创新型团队。包括优化体育科技人才培养环境、吸纳国内外和系统内外科技人才四、加大体育科技经费投入,探索建立多渠道、多形式的投入体系。五、促进体育科技成果转化、推广,提高体育科技产业化水平。积极发挥政府在成果转化和推广过程中的引导作用;鼓励科研单位、高校、企业等开展联合科研攻关,促进产学研一体化;打造体育科技成果信息推广平台,搭建从成果到产业化的桥梁。六、加强体育科技基础研究与基础条件建设,积极开展对外交流与合作。七、建立我国体育科技发展评价指标体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the internationalization, modernization,socialization,and industralization of the sports devolopment, science and technology played a more and more important role in the sports. Nowadays, sports science and technology was regarded to be devoloped in priority as a significant performance of the sports integrated power for a region or country. Therefore, the status and sountermeasure research on sports science and technology development has practical and theories significance.Form the beginning, stagnation, instauration to today’s booming development, the sports science and technology in China experienced an arduous process. Since 2001 China have gotten the right of holding the 29th Summer Olympics Games, our china’s sports science and technology entered a golden developed period. However, the development of our China’s sports science and technology also faced several obvious contradictions and problems.Taking our China’s sports science and technology as a research object, through the methods of literature, investigation on the spot, interview the experts, questionnaire survey and Mathematical Statistics, the paper analyzed our country’s the developing condition of sports science and technology completely, probed into some factors which affected the developing of sports science and technology, and then put forward to several related measures, which mainly includeed as follows:The first, draw up the developing strategic plan on sports science and technology in the new period in China.The second, deepen the systematical reform on management of sports science and technology consistantly.The third, cultivated more talented people on sports science and technology, forming creative teams.The forth, invested much into the sports science and technology, and reseached on building investment system of more ways and forms.The fifth, promoted the transformation and popularization of the achievement in sports science and technology, and improved the level of it.The sixth, consolidated the basic reseach and basic conditional constraction of the sports science and technology, and communicated and cooperated with foreign countries positively.The seventh, built our country’s evaluated index system of sports science and technology development.更多还原
