【摘要】 目的:观察康脉Ⅱ号胶囊治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:选择60例下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者,随机分为2组,治疗组30例,口服康脉Ⅱ号胶囊（由黑龙江中医药大学附属一院药厂生产,其主要成分为蓬子菜、茯苓、黄柏、三棱、莪术、苍术、甘草）,一次5粒,一日三次,每粒含生药5克。对照组30例,口服通塞脉片（江苏南星药业有限责任公司生产,48片/盒）,一次5片,一日三次。对治疗前后症状、体征,血液流变学,内皮素-1,6-酮-前列腺素F₁α等指标检测。结果:治疗组30例,总有效率93.33%,对照组30例,总有效率73.33%,6-酮-前列腺素F₁α、内皮素-1,血液流变指标均有不同程度降低,治疗前后症状,体征均有改善,经统计学分析,两组疗效比较有显著性差异。结论:康脉Ⅱ号胶囊对下肢深静脉血栓形成有良好的治疗作用,且疗效优于通塞脉片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and appraise its clinical curative effect synthetically on LDVT treated by Kang MaiⅡcapsule.Methods:we selected 30 patients treated by Kang MaiⅡcapsule as therapeutic group and other 30 patients treated by Tongsaimai tablet as control group.The symptoms and physical sign,the remark of hemanalysis and ET-1,6-K-PGF₁αwere detacted before treatment group.Results:The therapeutic group total effective rate was 93.33%,while the control group total effective rate was 73.33%,with statistics analysis, the different between the two groups was significant.Conlusion:We can draw a conclusion that Kang MaiⅡcapsule plays a positive role in the treatment of LDVT,and there is more effctive than Tongsaimai tablet.更多还原
