【摘要】 随着我国国民经济和现代化建设步伐的不断加快,大型建设工程项目迅猛增加,规模日趋庞大,导致投资增加,建设周期加长,工程项目实施失控的危害日趋严重,鉴于此,对大型建设工程项目进行风险管理显得尤为重要。本文针对大型建设工程项目中出现的风险的管理和控制措施进行深入系统地研究,探讨了大型建设工程项目风险的综合评估方法,针对大型建设工程的特点、重点讨论了风险识别、风险评价和风险的控制和管理。文章首先介绍了风险分析研究的现状及其发展方向、本课题研究的意义,提出了本文的研究内容和技术路线,并介绍了风险、风险管理以及大型建设工程风险及其风险管理理论,为大型建设工程风险分析及管理准备了理论基础。最后阐述了针对大型建设工程项目的风险控制的具体措施。其中着重论述了风险的损失控制、风险的自留、风险的回避、风险的分散、风险的转移和风险的利用。最后运用实证分析的方法对孚日扩建项目风险进行分析,并提出相应的风险管理措施,进行了风险的控制与风险的监督,从理论上、方法上为项目管理者提供了风险管理的方法和思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the national economy in our country develops fast and the modernization program goes rapidly, the number of large construction projects enlarged greatly. All of these bring along the need of a rising investment and the prolongation of construction periods. There are more possibilities for a construction project to be out of control. So it seems more and more significant to take risk management in large construction projects.This paper focuses on the risk management and control in large construction projects. It discusses the comprehensive evaluation methods of risk in large construction projects, especially the risk identification, risk evaluation and the risk control and management.The paper first introduces the status and development direction of risk analysis, the research meaning, the research area and technical method. Then it raises the management theory, providing a theoretical basis for large project risk analysis and management. Specific measures aiming at the risk control are given. In the paper, the loss management of risk, the self remains of risk, the obviation of risk, the transfer of risk and the using of risk are emphasized.A practical case study is offered in the end. The risk of construction project in Sunvim Corporation is analyzed. Proper measures and methods of risk management have been offered to the project mangers.更多还原
