室内装饰材料污染物散发过程的研究

【摘要】 本文以建环实验室为研究对象,搭建了测量建筑材料VOC散发的小型试验台。使用PGM-7240手持式VOC气体检测仪对建筑装饰板材散发的异丁烯、苯、甲苯和二甲苯浓度进行了测量,对检测数据进行了拟合得到污染物浓度变化特性曲线及其释放速率方程;利用自定义函数(UDF)将实验所得指数释放速率方程动态加载到FLUENT求解器中,模拟得到房间的气流组织及污染物浓度场的分布,并与测试结果进行了分析比较;在此基础上,对某新装修建筑房间室内空气中的气态污染物进行数值模拟,分析了实际建筑室内污染物散发机理及空间传输过程。

【Abstract】 Experiment for VOCs emissions from the building material is established in building environment lab. Firstly, Isobutylene, Benzene, Toluene and m-Xylene diffusing in the room had been measured using PGM-7240-VOC gaseous apparatus. Then the characteristic curves and release velocity equations of contaminants had been got by dealing with the data measured in the lab. Secongdly, Exponential release velocity equation is loaded to the solver in FLUENT software by using User-Defined function. Then indoor airflow distribution and concentration field of the contaminants had been simulated, and the simulation results are compared with the measured results. Subsequently, simulation is adopted to the indoor air contamination in the building room with new finishing, and VOCs emission mechanism and space transmission have been analyzed.
