磁悬浮车载安全防护及控制仿真系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 磁浮交通是交通发展史上的新的里程碑,它为城市交通拥挤问题提供了高可靠、高效率、高密度的解决手段。而磁悬浮列车运行控制系统是支持列车运行的“大脑和神经”,它对保障磁浮列车的安全运行起着至关重要的作用。目前,国内磁浮运行控制系统技术还比较落后,因此对运行控制系统开展研究很有必要。本文以上海磁浮线为应用背景,重点研究了德国高速磁浮交通运行控制系统的结构和功能,然后分析了车载安全防护及控制系统的功能需求,并在此基础上对系统进行了总体结构和功能模块的设计,开发了磁悬浮车载安全防护及控制仿真系统,并对系统进行了调试和功能验证。论文所做的主要工作如下:第一,总结了磁悬浮技术的发展历程以及国内外磁悬浮技术的发展现状,分析了德国高速磁浮列车运行控制系统的结构和功能,并且重点研究了车载运行控制系统的结构和功能。第二,在高速磁浮列车运行控制系统研究的基础上,分析了高速磁浮列车的运行机理,确定了磁悬浮车载安全防护及控制仿真系统的功能需求,设计了仿真系统的总体结构和功能模块。第三,在功能执行单元功能需求分析的基础上,研制了实现采集、控制和通信功能的硬件电路板,编制了实现速度防护曲线功能、车载控制功能和通信功能的软件。第四,在操作表示机功能需求分析的基础上,按照功能模块设计,编制了实现驾驶员控制台界面、速度防护曲线界面、车载控制单元界面、列车运动模型和通信功能的软件。第五,搭建了仿真实验环境,分别对仿真系统的软件和硬件进行了调试,然后对车载安全防护及控制仿真系统进行了联合调试和功能验证。

【Abstract】 Maglev transportation,which provides high reliability,high efficiency, high density solution means for the issue of urban traffic congestion,is the new milestone of the development of the traffic history.The maglev operation control system, which is the maglev train’s "brain and nerve",plays a vital role in guaranteeing the safe operation of maglev train.At present,internal maglev operation control system technology is very backward,so it is necessary to carry out the research of operation control system.Based on the application of the Shanghai high-speed maglev,the operation control system of the German high-speed maglev traffic was focused on by the article.Then functional requirements of the maglev on-board safety protection and control system were analyzed.And the structure and function modules of system were designed and on-board safety protection and control simulation system was developed.Finally the simulation system was debugged and functions were verified.Research work in this thesis is focused on the followings:Firstly,the development of magnetic suspension technology and the status quo of magnetic suspension technology at home and abroad were summarized.The structures and functions of the German high-speed maglev operation control system were analyzed, and the structures and functions of the vehicle operation control system were studied.Secondly,elements of high-speed maglev train were analyzed and functional requirements of maglev train on-board security protection and control system were ascertained based on research of high-speed maglev operation control system.Then the structures and functions module of simulation system were designed.Thirdly,based on analysis of the functional requirements of the function execution unit,hardware circuit board with control,collection and communication function and software with speed-protected curve,on-board control and communication function were developed.Fourthly,software with driver control interface,speed-protected curve interface, on-board control unit interface,movement model of train and communication function were developed based on the analysis of functional requirements of manipulate display computer and design of function module.Finally,the external operation environment for simulation was constructed and software and hardware of system were debugged.Then the maglev train on-board security protection and control simulation system was debugged joint and function of simulation system was verified.
