医院远程服务信息系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着科技的不断发展以及人们对医疗服务需求的不断增加,医院传统的服务模式已经不能适应社会的发展。打破传统的医疗服务模式,提高医院管理效率,改善工作环境,已成为现代化医院发展的必然方向。根据某科技成果交易会的技术需求,结合医院的工作现状和用户对医院的服务需求,论文坚持以“病人为中心”的人性化设计方针,使用当前移动开发领域较为流行的J2ME技术,采用面向对象的程序设计方法,开发出具有高可靠性、高扩展性、高移植性的医院远程服务信息系统。论文首先分析了课题的开发背景,接着详细介绍了与本系统开发的相关技术,其中包括J2ME、JSP、JDBC、MYSQL、XML技术和Bouncy Castle包。然后,论文根据系统的需求,归纳出医院远程服务信息系统应具备的功能,设计出系统的基本框架,即移动客户端、Servlet服务端及数据库等。论文紧接着分别对系统客户端和服务器端进行详细设计与实现,并对重要代码进行了详细说明。通过运行验证了系统具有简单易用性、移植性强、响应速度快等优点。此外,从显示原理角度出发提出了图像信息的显示方案—基于EBCOT的图像ROI编码,这种方案在精简图像像信息,压缩图像大小的同时,也能尽可能多地显示与诊断相关的信息,完全适用于屏幕小且内存资源有限的移动设备上。此外,考虑到系统所涉及的信息的保密性和法律性,论文提出了利用Twofish算法优化系统客户端设计的方案,增强了系统的安全性。最后,论文总结了笔者的工作及研究成果,并对该系统的应用作了直观地展望。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of Technology and the increasing requirement for medical service.The traditional mode of service for hospital can not adapt to the development of society.Then,to break the traditional model of medical service,to improve the efficiency of hospital management and to improve the working environment has become an inevitable trend in the development of modern hospital.According to technology needs from a technology fair,combinating the hospital’s status and user demand for hospital service,adhere to the human approach for "patient-centered",using the more popular J2ME technology in the current field of mobile development area and the Object-Oriented ways for programming.The thesis develope the high reliability,high scalability,high portability remote information system used in hospital.Firstly,the thesis analyses the context of the development issues.Secondly,the thesis detail the technicals with related to my ystem.including J2ME、JSP、JDBC、MYSQL、XML and Bouncy Castle.Thirdly,The thesis sum up functions,which this system should have.Fourthly,the thesis design and mplement the client and server separately and in detail.And the thesis verifies that this system has some advantages,such as ease-to-use,portability,quick response and so on. Furthermore by running,the thesis put forward scheme based on EBCOT for ROI image coding to demonstrate image information,which can strea mline the image image information,compress image size,and can simul taneously save those diagnosis-related information.So this program can completely be able to be used in the small screen and limited memory on mobile devices.Besides,because the thesis square up the security and legal of information which system involves,so the thesis propose a program to optimize the system slient with Twofish algorithm in order to enhance the security of the system.Finally,the author summarizes the thesis work and research results,and then look ahead the application of the system intuitively.
