两端偏心受压的Q460热轧等边单角钢整体稳定承载力试验研究

【摘要】 高强角钢相比传统Q235、Q345角钢,有着巨大的优势。一方面,由于材料强度的提高,构件的承载能力也有了明显的提高。因而,在实际工程中应用高强角钢可以大量减少用钢量,从而达到节省钢材的目的;而且,采用高强角钢的结构,可以避免很多构件由于承载能力不足而采取组合截面形式,减少工程的安装量和工程难度。随着我国电力行业的不断发展,高强角钢将会扮演越来越重要的角色。对于传统热轧等边角钢,其两端偏心受压的整体稳定承载力,以及残余应力和连接形式等影响其整体稳定承载力的因素,国内外都做了大量的实验和理论研究。但是,对于两端偏心受压的Q460热轧等边单角钢的整体稳定承载力的研究还很少。目前的大多数规范都没有将Q460热轧角钢列入可选材料范围内。我国《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2003)和美国ASCE-1997中关于角钢用作两端偏心受压杆件时的稳定承载能力计算公式是否适用于Q460高强角钢还需要试验验证。因此,本文对两端偏心受压的Q460单角钢构件进行整体稳定承载力试验,并通过ANSYS建模进行有限元分析,着重检验美国规范中的设计方法对Q460高强角钢的适用性,并根据试验结果对规范提出修改建议,从而使之更好的指导Q460高强角钢在工程中的应用。从本文的研究得出结论:美国ASCE-1997规范的设计方法偏于保守,本文提出了修正公式。
【Abstract】 Compared with the traditional Q235 and Q345 angle,the high-strength angle has enormous advantages.On the one hand,the bearing capacity of single-angle members increase because the strength of material improve;on the other hand,the quantity of material used in project will be reduced because of the good mechanical properties of the high-strength angle.At the same time,the high-strength angle has so good mechanical properties that we can avoid the using of the combined section members, so the quantity and difficulty of project will be reduced.The high-strength angle will be more and more important with the development of Chinese power industry.Many research on overal stability for eccentrically compressed hot-rolled single angle members has been completed in China and oversea.Residual stress and connection has also been researched.But such research on Q460 single angle is very poor.Most of the specification has not added the Q460 hot-rolled single-angle members to the list of available materials.Whether the design method of eccentricity compressed single-angle members in specification applys to the Q460 high-strength angle or not? It still needs to be examined.So,this paper will verify it by the experimental research on eccentrically compressed Q460 hot-rolled single-angle members and finite element modeling analysis.And some suggestions to improve the specification will be offered in this paper in order to guide the application of Q460 high-strength angle.This paper gets a conclusion:The design method in ASCE-1997 is conservative,and a new formula is offered.
