钢筋混凝土桥梁耐久性评估研究

【摘要】 近年来,由于耐久性不足造成钢筋混凝土桥梁结构劣化损伤的现象日益严重和普遍,已经严重影响到桥梁的正常使用和安全运营,其带来的经济损失之大远远超出人们的想象。为确保桥梁结构的安全、持久运营,必须对其进行科学的耐久性评估,及时发现病害并采取相应的维修加固措施,这样不仅能大大节省桥梁的维修费用,同时可以避免因结构毁坏而引起的重大经济损失和不良的社会影响。本文阐述了桥梁评估的基本概念、流程以及国内外桥梁评估的研究现状,对常用的桥梁状态评估方法进行了深入分析。将层次分析法和模糊综合评估法应用于既有钢筋混凝土桥梁耐久性评估,提出了一种针对钢筋混凝土连续梁桥的耐久性指标体系及评估模型。最后,利用实际工程的检测数据对本文建立的桥梁耐久性指标体系及评估模型进行了验证,为今后钢筋混凝土桥梁耐久性评估的研究工作提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Recently,the deterioration and damage of reinforced concrete bridges caused by durability inadequate were more and more serious and widespread,the normal use or security operations of the bridges were seriously affect,and the economic losses far beyond people’s imagination.To ensure the security and lasting operation of the bridges, accurate and effective evaluation of durability is necessary.Timely detection of disease and appropriate repair measures could not only help to save the repairing costs significantly,but also help to avoid the heavy economic losses caused by structural damage and adverse social impact.In this paper,the concept and process of bridges assessment are expatiated.The research of bridges assessment at home or abroad is comprehensively summarized,and the popular methods of bridges assessment are also intensively analyzed.In this paper, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthesis assessment method are used to the durability assessment of existing reinforced concrete bridges,and the new assessment model and index system for reinforced concrete continuous beam bridges are put forwarded.At last,the assessment model and index system for reinforced concrete bridges are verified by detection data.It is useful to draw experience from the textual on the durability assessment of existing reinforced concrete bridges.
