天灸血清对衰老大鼠血清及睾丸组织抗氧化作用的研究

【摘要】 目的:通过观察天灸血清对衰老大鼠血清及睾丸组织中丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响,探讨天灸血清的抗氧化、抗衰老作用。方法:选健康雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为天灸血清A组、天灸血清B组、模型对照组、空白对照组。采用颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖建立衰老大鼠模型,以天灸血清进行尾静脉注射作为干预手段,以衰老大鼠血清及睾丸组织中NO、MDA的含量及NOS、CAT的活性为效应指标。结果:天灸血清可提高血清及睾丸组织中NO的含量及NOS、CAT的活性并降低MDA的含量。①各组大鼠血清MDA、NO含量及NOS、CAT活性的比较:模型组NO含量及NOS、CAT活性低于天灸血清A组、B组和空白组(P﹤0.05),模型组MDA含量高于天灸血清A组、B组和空白组(P﹤0.01),差异有统计学意义;天灸血清A组、B组和空白组比较(P﹥0.05),差异无统计学意义。②各组大鼠睾丸组织MDA、NO含量及NOS、CAT活性的比较:模型组NO含量及NOS、CAT活性低于天灸血清A组、B组和空白组(P﹤0.05),模型组MDA含量高于天灸血清A组、B组和空白组(P﹤0.01),差异有统计学意义;天灸血清A组、B组和空白组比较(P﹥0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论:天灸关元、足三里穴制得的血清能够抑制脂质过氧化反应,从而延缓衰老的进程,达到抗氧化作用;天灸血清与天灸具有相同作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the Medicinal Vesiculation Serum impact on serum and testicular tissue malondiadehyde (MDA), Nitric oxide (NO), Nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and catalase(CAT) in aging rats, to explore the effect of Medicinal Vesiculation on anti-aging and anti-oxidation. Methods: 40 SD male rats were randomly divided into the Medicinal Vesiculation serum group A, Medicinal Vesiculation serum group B, model control group, the normal control group. The aging rat model was induced by neck back injection of D-galactose. The serum of the Medicinal Vesiculation rats was injected via the rat tail vein as a means of intervention, the content of MDA, NO and the activity of NOS, CAT were be effect indexes. Results: the Medicinal Vesiculation Serum can improved the content of NO, the activity of NOS and CAT in serum and testicular tissue, and lower the content of MDA in serum and testicular tissue.①T he comparison of MDA, NO, NOS, CAT in serum: the content of NO and the activity of NOS, CAT were obviously lower in model control group than in Medicinal Vesiculation serum group and normal control group (P<0.05); the content of MDA was obviously higher in model control group than in Medicinal Vesiculation serum group and normal control group (P<0.01); There was insignificant difference between Medicinal Vesiculation serum group and normal control group (P>0.05).②The comparison of MDA, NO, NOS, CAT in testicular tissue: the content of NO and the activity of NOS, CAT were obviously lower in model control group than in Medicinal Vesiculation serum group and normal control group (P<0.05); the content of MDA was obviously higher in model control group than in Medicinal Vesiculation serum group and normal control group (P<0.01); There was insignificant difference between Medicinal Vesiculation serum group and normal control group (P>0.05).Conclusion: After Medicinal vesiculate Zusanli and Guanyuan, the serum can inhibite peroxidation. In addition to achieve anti-oxidation effect and the aging process is delayed ; The effect of Medicinal Vesiculation Serum and Medicinal Vesiculation is similar.
