【摘要】 目的探讨过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿肠黏膜屏障功能的变化及临床意义。方法收集60例过敏性紫癜患儿及30名正常儿童的血液标本,分离出血浆,采用分光光度法测定二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性、D-乳酸和内毒素水平。结果治疗前HSP组血浆DAO、D-乳酸及内毒素测定结果与正常对照组比较均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。有消化道症状HSP组治疗前血浆DAO、D-乳酸及内毒素测定结果,较无消化道症状HSP组及正常对照组明显增高,两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,LSD法)。有消化道出血和无消化道出血HSP组治疗后的血浆DAO、D-乳酸及内毒素测定值均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t≥2.556,P≤0.009),无消化道症状HSP组的血浆DAO、D-乳酸、内毒素治疗前后测定值的差异无统计学意义(t≤1.753,P>0.095)。结论HSP患儿存在肠黏膜屏障功能损伤,通透性有改变,以有消化道症状组的患儿较为明显。经过治疗,其肠黏膜屏障功能损伤逐渐修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significance of intestinal mucosal barrier in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods:The blood samples were collected from 60 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and 30 normal children.In the isolated plasma, the levels of determine diamine oxidase(DAO),D-lactic acid and endotoxin were measured with spectrophotometric.Result:The levels of plasma diamine oxidase,D-lactic acid and endotoxin before treatment in HSP group were higher than in the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The levels of plasma diamine oxidase,D-lactic acid and endotoxin before treatment in HSP group with gastrointestinal symptoms were higher than in HSP group without gastrointestinal symptoms and control group.There was a significant difference between each other(P＜0.01,LDS).To compare the measured results of plasma diamine oxidase、D-lactic acid and endotoxin before and after treatment,there were significant difference(t≥2.556,P≤0.009)between HSP with gastrointestinal bleeding and without gastrointestinal bleeding,and there was no significant difference(t≤1.753,P≥0.095) in HSP group without gastrointestinal symptoms.Conclusion:The damage of mucosal barrier function was exist in children,especially in HSP group with gastrointestinal symptoms.After treatment,the intestinal mucosal barrier was restored gradually.更多还原
