电力计量系统防分流窃电技术研究

【摘要】 据电力部门统计,在高压电力计量系统所有窃电方式中对电能表电流线圈短接进行分流窃电是一种发生频率较高的窃电方式。虽然近些年来,许多学者以及技术人员对此提出了许多不同的解决的办法,但是均不能够较好解决这个问题。再者,尽管目前市场上有很多产品声称已具备防分流法窃电功能,但均存在一定的缺陷:难以做出准确判断、不能够准确地追算出损失电量、实时监控能力差。基于此,本文针对电力计量系统防分流窃电技术进行了研究。本文研究主要内容是:第一、对电子式电能表的高压电力计量系统的分流窃电故障进行了分析,建立了分流窃电故障检测模型。首先通过分析,得出电流互感器二次绕组端电压和通过电能表电流线圈的电流二者比值与电能表电流线圈被短接分流窃电故障有密切的关系,及其与损失电量之间的关系;其次,建立了故障检测模型;最后进行了仿真研究,证明该模型对故障检测的可行性。第二、针对机械式电能表的高压电力计量系统,提出了一种新的应用于高压电力计量系统的电能表电流线圈被短接分流窃电故障的检测方法。首先通过分析,得出电流互感器二次绕组端电压及其二次回路电流二者的比值与电能表电流线圈被短接故障存在密切的关系;其次,建立了分流窃电故障检测模型,最后,通过试验证实了该分流窃电故障检测方法的可行性。第三、针对目前市场上防分流窃电产品存在的缺陷,结合机械式电能表的高压电力计量系统的分流窃电故障检测模型,并结合GSM(全球移动通讯系统)技术的特点,研制了基于GSM技术的防分流窃电系统,该系统能够准确识别分流窃电的行为,同时,该系统还具有较强的实时监控能力。
【Abstract】 According to statistics of the power sector,current shunt electric larceny by short-circuit of electric energy meter current coil is a frequently used way of the high-voltage power metering system electric larceny.In recent years,many scholars and technical staff have put forward a number of different solutions,but none of them can solve the problem completely.Furthermore,many products in the market that claim to have anti-current shunt electric larceny function still have some shortcomings:hard to make accurate judgments;unable to accurately calculate to electricity loss;poor of real-time monitoring capabilities.Based on this,anti-current shunt electric larceny technology for the power metering system was studied in this article.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper makes a research on the anti current shunt electric larceny technology for electronic electric energy meter of high-voltage power metering system.Through analysis,this paper finds that the ratio of the terminal voltage of current transformer secondary winding and the electric current that passes electric energy meter current coil has intimate relationship with current shunt electric larceny malfunction of the electric energy meter current coil.This paper also discusses its relationship with the electric quantity loss.What’s more,a detection model of malfunction is established and its efficiency is proved.2.Targeted at mechanical electric energy meter current coil,A new kind of detect method is proposed for current shunt electric larceny by short-circuit of the high-voltage power metering system.Firstly,the analysis shows intimate relation between the ratio of the terminal voltage of current transformer secondary winding and the electric current of current transformer secondary circuit and short-circuit malfunction of the electric energy meter’ current coil.Next,fault detection model for current shunt electric larceny is designed.Finally,through the experiment,it is confirmed that the current shunt electric larceny detection means is feasible.3.Through analyzing defects of anti current shunt electric larceny product on the market,and combining with fault detection model of current shunt electric larceny for mechanical electric energy meter’ the high-voltage power metering system,and integrating with GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications) technology features, a system based on GSM technology is designed;the system can accurately identify current shunt electric larceny act,at the same time also has a strong ability of real-time monitoring.
