汽车后视镜压电自动除雨系统的分析与研究

【摘要】 本文根据项目“省科技型中小企业技术创新基金”的要求,依据压电驱动技术理论,提出了运用压电驱动进行汽车后视镜除雨的设计方案,采用单压电晶片振子为驱动源自制了压电式自动除雨系统的样机。为了验证该方案的可行性,通过实验研究,找出了影响压电除雨系统工作性能的若干因素,达到了预想的工作效果,除雨效果明显。为了进一步提高除雨效果,本文对使用驱动的元件设计进行了实验研究,同时为了更好地满足振动效果的要求,设计了一种新型结构,并对其进行了理论分析和实验研究。运用Catia软件进行建模。改进了压电振子与除雨系统整体的结构,取得了良好的实验效果。1.根据悬梁式单压电晶片振子静态特性理论,不同尺寸参数对其特性影响进行了试验,试验结果与理论相符;2.对压电式自动除雨系统的结构和零部件进行了设计,并进行了加工制造、装配,自制了试验样机;3.利用ANSYS软件分析压电式自动除雨系统的驱动部分,在提取的前三阶振动模态中,一阶振动模态符合除雨器的振动规律,利用阻抗分析仪分析了除雨器的理想工作频率范围;对压电振子进行了振动模态分析,通过对比分析,对其特性进行了初步探讨,为除雨系统的结构设计提供了理论依;4.根据正交试验理论,进行了三因素三水平试验,得出影响除雨器性能的优水平和最优组合;5.对最优组合进行了单独试验,从试验的一系列曲线可以看出压电式自动除雨系统的电源电压、频率与振幅和除雨效果的关系。
【Abstract】 To meet the demand of the project of the piezoelectricity rain-removing system of rearview mirror, this paper designs the scheme of rearview mirror’s removing rain on the basis of piezoelectric driving technology, and develops the rearview mirror’s automotive rain-removing system. The piezoelectricity chips are used as a source of vibration to cause the coupled torsional-axial vibration of rain-removing system. This make it possible for the system to remove rain. Combining theory with practice, this thesis researches and develops the rain-removing system in the method of theoretical analysis, calculation and experimental test. Relative factors which have influence on working properties of the rain-removing system have been identified by experiment research. Excepted results have been achieved and rain-moving effect is obvious.To improve the rain-removing results, experimental researches of driving elements design have been made. To meet the demand of the vibration effect better, a new structure have been devised and relative theoretical analysis and experimental researches have been made. The piezoelectric vibration model analysis is completed by Ansys software. By comparing the analysis, its characteristics were studied, and this provide a theoretical basis to the structure design of rain-removing system. The model of rain-removing has been built by Catia software. The structure of piezoelectric vibration and rain-removing system were improved, and good experimental results were achieved.1. ExordiumIn the research, the piezoelectric chip oscillator is used to remove rain. A single piezoelectric chip oscillator serves as a driver so that the raindrop can be removed along the elliptical motion curve. This paper made a great deal of research on the rain-removing results and relative factors.2. Piezoelectric materials and piezoelectric vibratorThe important performance parameters of piezoelectric material and the basic physical properties are discussed, including the electromechanical coupling coefficient, piezoelectric constant, mechanical quality factor and so on. In order to research the operating characteristics and application method of the single piezoelectric vibrator, the prototype is designed and manufactured. The experimental platform is built and the test analysis of the piezoelectric vibrator is completed.3. The trial manufacture and experimental analysis of the Single-chip piezoelectric vibrator.4.
