【摘要】 随着城市化的进程,城市公共空间的绿化需要大量的花卉产品;随着生活水平的提高,人们消费花卉产品用于美化生活和工作环境的意愿明显提高,花卉产业的发展越来越受到社会各界的重视。花卉产业既是一个朝阳产业,又是一个有着悠久历史的产业,作为一个农业大省,湖南发展花卉产业有着良好的优势。发展花卉产业能解决部分农民就业问题,对提高农民收入,促进新农村建设有着非常重要的作用。本文针对湖南花卉产业的主要产品切花和苗木进行了分析,认为湖南花卉产业具有一定的良好条件,但也存在经营规模小,产品开发落后,缺乏技术人才和科研力量,市场服务体系不健全等问题。采用显性指标、分析性指标和比较优势指数来分析湖南花卉产业的的竞争力,认为湖南花卉产业的生产能力具有一定的优势,但增值能力有限。利用钻石模型理论分析了影响湖南花卉产业竞争力的因素,认为湖南资源优势比较好,但是相关产业的发展不力,对湖南花卉产业的发展形成了制约。本文在研究的基础上,认为要加强科技创新,培养专业技术人才,完善花卉的市场流通体系,发挥政府的积极作用,以提高湖南花卉产业的竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the course of city urbanizing, common space’s afforestation needs large amount of flowers and plants product; As the living standard rising, more and more people wish to embellish livelihood and the work environment by the flowers and plants product, the development of flowers industry is taken seriously by the general public. Flowers industry is not only a sunrise industry , but also the estate being that one has long history. As a big provinces in agriculture, there are some fine advantages for developing flowers industry in Hunan province, and the developing of flowers industry can benefit to part of the peasants, some of them can get job and raise invisible income.At the meanwhile, it can benefit to promoting new rural construction.This paper analysed the main products of Hunan flowers industry as Fresh flowers and plants and Saplings, the autor points out that there are some good conditions in Hunan, but the problems are obvious, such as the manage scale is small , the development of new product is inefficient, and therer is short of skilled personnel and scientific research talented person , the marketplace serves system is not perfect.The paper studys Hunan flowers industry by dominance index , analytical index and comparative advantage exponent.The author points out that there is some advantage in Hunan for developing flowers industry, but the ability to append value is limited.At the meanwhile, the paper analysed the factor that effecting the competition of Hunan flowers industry using Diamond model theory.The conclusion shows that Hunan has the advantage in resource, but the development of relevance estate is inefficient, and it will hinder the development of Hunan flowers industry.In short , this paper points out that there are something to do for improving the competition of Hunan flowers industry, such as reinforce the research of science and technology, train special field technology talented person, perfect the marketplace circulates system for flowers and plants and bring government’s positive role into play.更多还原
