基于绩效管理理论的高校大学生就业工作考评体系研究

【摘要】 本文全面分析了当前就业工作中存在的问题,特别是由于学院工作积极性不足导致的就业信息沟通不畅、指导与服务力度不够、就业率下降等方面问题,提出了建立高校就业工作的考评体系具有重要意义。论文基于绩效管理理论,在现有研究的基础上,建立了可量化的就业工作评价体系。体系分为目标层、准则层、指标层三个层面,并运用层次分析法为各指标赋权重;根据指标的重要度,提出了对学院就业工作的激励措施;并以河北工业大学电气学院为例进行了实证研究。本文的创新之处在于把绩效管理理论运用到高校大学生就业工作考评机制的研究中,从绩效管理理论和激励理论出发,选取就业工作评价的各项指标,构建了可量化的高校大学生就业工作考评体系,并可以结合综合评价结果对各学院的就业工作提出激励措施。

【Abstract】 This article has comprehensively analyzed the question which in the currentemployment work exists, specially the institute work enthusiasm insufficient causedthe employment information communication to be impeded, the instruction andservice dynamics insufficiently caused employment rate decline and so on, hassuggested that the establishment of the college evaluation system is of greatsignificance.This article has established the quantitative employment work evaluation systembased on the existing researchon and the performance management theory. Thesystem divides into three layers, namely the target layer, the criterion layer, theindicator layer, and bestows on the weight using AHP for various indicator. Accordingto the indicators’importance, this article has suggested incentive measures for theinstitute employment work’s drive, and has carried on the empirical study byElectrical Engineering and Automation institute of Hebei University of Technologyfinally.The innovation of this article lies in: research on employment work evaluationmechanism of College Students using utilizing the performance management theory,select the indicators of employment work evaluation based on the performancemanagement theory and the incentive theory? establish the quantitative employmentwork evaluation system of college students, and put forward incentive measures forvarious institutes combining synthetic evaluation result.
