关于网络道德的若干思考

【摘要】 当今社会是信息时代的社会,是网络发展的社会,计算机网络的日益普及使人们尽情地享受着高科技带来的各种便利,但互联网快速发展的同时也是泥沙俱下,网络道德观念淡薄,网络道德缺失的现象也比较严重。然而长久以来,我们忽视了网络道德教育,忽视了网络道德意识的培养、网络道德评价的形成和网络道德标准的制定,因此,加强网络道德建设,构建完善的网络道德体系已经成为21世纪亟待解决的重要课题。网络道德作为人类道德活动现象的重要组成部分,是对人们网络行为的一种价值判断,是对网络行为深入认识发展的结果。加强网络道德建设,构建完善的网络道德体系,犹如在道德混乱之时给人们树立一个榜样,确立人们对网络行为进行评价时的基础和依据。本文从理论与现实两个方面对网络道德建设进行了若干思考,通过对网络道德和传统道德的相同点和不同点的比较与分析,阐述了网络道德的现状和加强网络道德建设的必要性,并尝试提出了加强网络道德建设需要构建网络道德评价和多方位加强网络道德建设的对策,为网络道德教育在我国顺利进行提供了一些建议。本文共分为三章,第一章,首先概述了网络道德的含义及其特征,再通过对网络道德与传统道德的相同点和不同点的比较与分析,阐述了网络道德与传统道德的关系——网络道德是传统道德的一部分,是现实道德在虚拟网络的延伸,两者虽然有着差异,却是不可分割的。第二章,通过实例说明了网络道德的现状,既有正面影响的体现,又有反面存在的诸多问题,从而指出加强网络道德建设的必要性。第三章,为解决网络道德存在问题,提出了加强网络道德建设的若干对策:一是需要构建网络道德评价,通过营造氛围和构建原则,确立网络道德评价的标准,建立一个人们衡量网络道德的标尺,以此来判别善与恶;二是需要从多方位加强网络道德建设,从网络主体教育、网络阵地的占领、网络的社会舆论监督、网络的法制监管、网络技术监控等六方面,为加强网络道德教育在我国顺利进行提供了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now the society is information age society, is the network development society, computer network’s day-by-day popularization causes the people to enjoy each kind of convenience which heartily the high tech brings, but Internet fast development’s at the same time is also the silt all, the network morality is light, the network morals flaw’s phenomenon is also quite serious. However for long, we have neglected the network moral education, has neglected the network morals consciousness raise, the network morals appraisal formation and the network moral standards formulation, therefore, strengthens the network moral reconstruction, the construction and the consummation network morals system already became the important topic which in the 21st century urgently awaits to be solved.The network morals take the human morals activity phenomenon the important component, is to the people network behavior one kind of value judgment, is to the network behavior thorough understanding development result. Strengthens the network moral reconstruction, constructs the perfect network morals system, just likes when the moral confusion sets up an example to the people, establishes the people carries on when the appraisal to the network behavior the foundation and the basis. This article has carried on certain ponders from the theory and the reality two aspects to the network moral reconstruction, through to the network morals and traditional virtues’ same spot and the diversity comparison and the analysis, elaborated the network morals’ present situation and strengthens the network moral reconstruction the necessity, and attempted proposed strengthened the network moral reconstruction to need to construct the network morals appraisal and the multi-positions strengthens the network moral reconstruction the countermeasure and so on certain ponders, carried on smoothly for the network moral education in our country has provided some suggestions.This article altogether divides into three chapters, the first chapter, has first outlined the network morals meaning and the characteristic, again through to the network morals and traditional virtues’ same spot and the diversity comparison and the analysis, elaborated the network morals and traditional virtues’ relational - - network morals are a traditional virtues part, is the realistic morals in virtual network extending, although both have the difference, is actually inalienable. The second chapter, explained the network morals present situation through the example, both has positive influence manifestation, and has many questions which the reverse side exists, thus pointed out that strengthens the network moral reconstruction the necessity. The third chapter, for the solution network morals existence question, proposed strengthens the network moral reconstruction certain countermeasures: First, needs to construct the network morals appraisal, through the building atmosphere and the construction principle, the establishment network morals appraisal’s standard, establishes people to weigh the network morals the rod, by this distinguished that is friendly and is wicked; Second, needs to strengthen the network moral reconstruction from the multi-positions, from the network main body education, the network position seizes, the network public opinion surveillance, the network legal system supervision, the networking monitoring and so on six aspects, to strengthen the network moral education to carry on smoothly in our country has provided some suggestions.更多还原
