改性沥青生产过程动态监测系统研究

【摘要】 SBS改性沥青具有优良的路用性能,在现代高等级公路的建设和养护过程中有着广泛的应用。随着对工程质量要求的提高,作为工程建设中的重要原材料的SBS改性沥青的质量也是不容忽视的。SBS改性沥青生产过程的监测是SBS改性沥青质量控制的重要手段,通过对SBS改性沥青生产过程中各个生产环节的监测,实时的了解改性沥青生产设备的工作状态,以期把影响SBS改性沥青质量的不利因素在生产的过程中消除掉。本文在深入分析SBS改性沥青生产设备、工艺流程的基础上,以影响SBS改性沥青质量的因素为出发点,阐述了生产过程监测的各种指标;在详细分析特定生产设备的基础上,采用LabVIEW 7软件实现了生产过程中各种指标的数据采集;把采集到的数据运用Excel 2007软件用图表形式表达出来,系统的分析了SBS改性沥青的生产过程,对SBS的百分比含量、发育的时间和温度等重要指标做了相应的验证。SBS改性沥青生产过程监测系统在工程上的实际应用,做到了SBS改性沥青质量的“过程控制”,对工程质量的提高起到了有力的保障。

【Abstract】 The SBS modified asphalt has been wildly applied in modern freeway pavement, because of its fine using performance on the road. It is one of the important raw materials in the engineering construction. Along with enhancing the requirement of the project quality, the SBS modified asphalt’s quality also is not allowed to neglect. The monitoring of the SBS modified asphalt’s manufacturing process is the important way to ensure high quality. The working status of the equipment is clear through the real-time monitoring. The real-time monitoring eliminates any disadvantage factors which affect the SBS modified asphalt’s quality in the manufacturing process.This article elaborated kinds of monitoring targets in the manufacturing process. The SBS modified asphalt, the corresponding equipment and manufacturing craft was thoroughly analyzed in the article. The LabVIEW 7 comes true the DAQ to the manufacturing process, in the multianalysis specific equipment foundation. The acquired data was gived expression to the graph using the Excel to confirm the right way by using the graph. The article has analyzed the SBS percentage content, the growth time and temperature and so on.The system, the monitoring of the SBS modified asphalt’s manufacturing process, has been used to the practical project. It has achieved the monitoring to the SBS modified asphalt’s manufacturing process. It is a true process control, is the powerful safeguard to the project’s quality enhancement.
