基于WebGIS的网络电子地图系统研究

【摘要】 WebGIS的发展与GIS技术、信息技术的发展是紧密结合的,当今GIS技术与信息技术领域内非常热门的技术—面向对象技术,组件式开发技术,地理信息的互操作,分布式计算,元数据(Metadata)等,都对WebGIS的发展产生极大的影响。WebGIS正面临全新的机遇和挑战。随着信息社会计算机技术、地理信息技术、多媒体技术和现代通讯技术的发展,伴随着社会经济发展进程中人类活动空间的日益扩大和对信息反应速度需求的不断扩张,电子地图正在发挥越来越重要的作用,传统地图的电子化使得它们可以通过各类光电子和通信技术迅速走入千家万户和国民经济建设的广泛领域,计算机信息处理技术则使人们使用电子地图更加方便和直接。网络技术的发展为电子地图提供了广阔的天地,使它的应用范围日益宽广。本文首先介绍了WebGIS概况,及其主要的实现方法,并对当前流行的WebGIS产品进行了比较,可以看出ArcGIS Server支持所有主流服务器平台、Web服务器和客户端浏览器,尤其是ArcGIS Server9.2版本集成了ArcSDE技术,支持全部通用开发环境(.NET,Java,COM,C++),本课题也是基于ArcGIS Server构建的,因此详细介绍了ArcGIS Server平台的体系结构和特点。为了探索WebGIS的应用,结合实际对基于WebGIS的网络电子地图系统设计进行了研究。首先本文研究的陕西省电子地图采用三层结构模式,合理的将整个系统分为客户端浏览器、WebGIS站点应用程序和数据服务。陕西省电子地图制作与陕西省基础地理信息数据库的建设紧密相关,为了实现要素的查询,构建电子地图属性数据库。其次,为了更好的提供电子地图应用服务,提高系统的并发访问效率,确保数据安全及满足日后的扩展需要,需建立陕西省电子地图应用服务数据库。最后,本系统采用Web2.0技术进行系统页面设计和功能的开发。其中页面布局不再采用表格布局,而改用结构与表现分离的CSS+DIV的模式进行布局;客户端用户功能接口采用具有更好使用体验的Ajax方式进行实现,从而形成一个功能完善,系统稳定,具有风格统一的良好界面的网络电子地图系统独立网站。

【Abstract】 The development of WebGIS is closely integrated with the development of GIS technology and information technology. Nowadays, the development of WebGIS is great impacted by GIS technology and the very popular technology in the field of information technology including object-oriented technology, component-based development technology, geography information interoperability, distributed computing, metadata. WebGIS is facing new opportunities and challenges.With the development of the information society of computer technology, geographic information technology, multimedia technology and modern communications technology, and along with enlarging of human activities in space and expanding of the increasing speed of response to the information needs, electronic maps are playing an increasingly important role, and electronic map can rapidly run into the millions of households and a wide range of areas of national economic construction through all kinds of photonics and communications technology, and computer information processing technology enables people to use electronic map more convenient and direct. The development of network technology provides a vast world for electronic maps, making the scope of application increasingly broad.This paper introduced the general situation about WebGIS and its main method, and compares the current popular WebGIS products. As a result, we make a conclusion that ArcGIS Server supports all major server platforms, Web server and client browser, especially, ArcGIS Server9.2 integrates ArcSDE technology, supporting all current development environment (.NET, Java, COM, C++).This paper introduces the architectures and characteristics of ArcGIS Serve, because the research is constructed based on ArcGIS Server. In order to explore the application of WebGIS, we do a study for the design of network E-map based on WebGIS connected with reality.Firstly, we adopt three-tier structure model for Shaanxi Provincial E-map, and divide the whole system into the client browser, WebGIS site applications and data services. Electronic maps of Shaanxi Province are closely related to the construction of basic geographic information database of Shaanxi Province, in order to achieve demanding elements, we construct attribute database for electronic map. Secondly, in order to provide application services of electronic map even better, improve the concurrent visit efficiency of system, ensure data security and satisfy the future expansion needs, it need to establish the Shaanxi Provincial electronic map application services database. At last, we use Web2.0 technology to design page and develop function for the system. We adopt CSS + DIV model whose structure separates from performance instead of form layout; we implement client user interface with Ajax approach which has a better using experience, and then, we can make a independent site about network electronic map system which has a perfect functions, a stable system and a better interface with unified style.
