LED显示屏亮度非均匀性逐点校正技术的研究

【摘要】 LED发光二极管在生产时亮度的差异以及在使用过程中不同程度的亮度衰减,导致LED显示屏整体亮度不均匀,严重的影响了显示屏的显示效果和实际使用寿命。针对上述问题,本文在光度学和光学成像的理论基础上,分析了基于相机的LED显示屏亮度非均匀性逐点校正技术的实现过程;在完成相机选型后,本文对相机的暗电流、图像传感器光电响应非均匀性进行了实验分析与校正,并提出了相机光电响应非线性修正的必要性和实现方法;最后,对显示屏LED成像点的定位、亮度和校正系数计算进行了实验分析、算法论证和实现。本文对亮度非均匀性约为7.8%的LED显示屏进行了校正,校正后显示屏的亮度非均匀性降低到1.2%左右,显示效果得到了明显提高。

【Abstract】 The luminance differences of LED in the production and the luminance attenuation with time of LED brought the ununiformity to the whole LED display, made the visual effect worse and shorten the actual using life. According to the above problems, this paper discussed the implement flow of spot-spot luminance ununiformity correction techoniques with camera; then analyzed and corrected the dark current, pixel nonuniformity, brought forward the necessity and method of photoelectricity nonlinearity correction after camera selection; At last, this paper researched, demonstrated and implemented the methods of LED point orientation, luminance calculation and coefficient calculation.This paper made correction for a LED display whose ununiformity is about 7.8%. After correction, the ununiformity reduced to about 1.2%, the visual effect of LED display obviously was improved.
