女性主义视野下的道德教育

【摘要】 在人文社会科学领域的研究中,女性主义是近代以来重要的具有较强冲击力的社会学术思潮。性别分析已成为一个与阶级、种族相并列的,不可或缺的分析范畴。而道德教育则从“轴心时代”起即受到各方面的高度重视,它关系到个人的成长和发展,关系到整个社会的和谐与安定。女性主义的各个流派关注性别的平等和差异问题,但是在道德教育领域,除了后现代女性主义的代表诺丁斯提出了关怀道德教育理论以外,其余流派对道德教育中的性别问题并没有给予足够的重视。另一方面道德教育的理论和研究众多,却鲜见以性别作为分析范畴的研究。因此从女性主义的角度探讨我国道德教育的发展路径是一个非常重要的,具有理论价值和现实意义的问题。本文首先介绍了女性主义的概念、运动和理论流派,梳理了西方女性主义各个流派对教育中性别问题的不同认识以及它们对教育实践的批判和建议。然后阐述了女性主义伦理学在道德领域中发现的“不同的声音”以及女性主义伦理学应用到道德教育实践中形成的具体的模式和方法。在此基础上,从女性主义的视角对我国当下的道德教育理念和实践进行了审视和分析,从而发现我国的道德教育领域中缺乏性别意识,忽视了女性这一重要的群体,又往往无意识地存在着对女性的歧视和男性中心、男性霸权的现象。同时在道德教育中缺乏女性更为注重的情境、情感和对话等因素。从而揭示了导致我国道德教育实效性不够的一个重要原因。因此我们要注意在我国的道德教育理论中引入性别意识,在道德教育实践中改变对女性这一不可忽视的群体的漠视和歧视,在道德教育的思维和方法上借鉴女性主义的思维和方法以及女性主义教育、女性主义道德教育理论的研究成果,即加强道德教育中的情感因素,构建以学校为中心的立体德育网络和构建新的道德教育方式。同时我们也要清楚地认识到女性主义理论虽有独到之处,也有一定的不足,要对其进行辩证、客观和历史的分析。

【Abstract】 In the field of humanism social science research, feminism is a social science thought which has great importance and strong wallop in latter-day times. And gender analysis has become an indispensable analytic category as well as class and race in the field of moral education research. Considering that moral education not only concerns growth of youth but also harmony and stability of the whole society, it has been attached to great importance since "The Axial Age" on each aspect. All the schools of feminism pay attention to the problem of gender equality and differentia, but in the field of moral education people do not pay enough attention to gender problem except the representative of post-modern feminism-Noddings who bring forward caring moral education theory. There are so many theories and researches of moral education but few of them take gender as analytic category. Therefore it is of great importance, theoretical value and practical meanings to probe into the development route of moral education in China in the view of feminismFirst of all, this article introduces the concept of feminism, the movements and theoretical schools, and also categorizes the points of each western feminism school on gender problem including their animadvertment and suggestion to this problem. Then this paper focus on the gender difference and the special voice of female in the field of morality education which he feminism ethnics has noticed , and on the patterns and methods which are formed by applying feminism ethnics into moral education practice. On the basis of this, this paper survey and analysis the moral theories and practice in the view of feminism, and find that the moral education of China lacks of gender consciousness and ignores female -the special group, discriminating against the female while centralizing the male unconsciously. Meanwhile, China moral education also lack of situational, affectional and conversational factors to which the female pay more attention to. Based on this, this article opens out one important reason which results in the lack of actual effect in China moral education. Therefore we should pay attention to introducing gender consciousness in the moral education theories of China, eliminate the disregard and discrimination against female in moral education practice, and make use of feminism thought, the research achievement of feminism education and feminism moral education theories for the reference of moral education in China. That is, it is a better way to enhance the affectional factor of moral education, and then we can construct solid moral education meshwork which centralize the schools and form new methods of moral education. Although feminism theory has its merits, it also has its own demerits; we should analyze it dialectically, objectively and historically.
