【摘要】 结构优化通常分为截面(尺寸)优化、形状优化、拓扑优化。结构优化的目的是让设计的结构利用材料更经济、受力分布更合理。拓扑优化是结构优化中极为重要的方面,与尺寸优化和形状优化相比,结构拓扑的改进可以大大改善结构的性能或减轻结构重量,带来直接的经济效益。对工程设计人员来说,结构拓扑优化能够缩短产品开发周期。拓扑优化在结构优化领域现在是一个具有挑战性的课题。连续体结构拓扑优化因为数学模型建立困难、设计变量较多、数值计算量巨大而被认为是当前结构优化领域内的难点之一,也是结构优化中的热点问题和前沿课题之一,对其进行研究具有非常重要的理论意义和工程应用前景。本文的主要研究内容:详细地论述了结构优化设计和结构拓扑优化的基本理论的基础上,对拓扑优化中的变密度法材料插值理论进行了深入讨论,并建立了基于SIMP方法的连续体结构拓扑优化模型。对某飞机摇臂式起落架支撑结构进行拓扑优化分析,从拓扑结构优化所得的方案图看,得到的结构优化方案是合理的受力承载结构。在已知某卫星主承力结构的空间大小、约束及载荷条件的情况下,应用Altair公司的OptiStruct软件对一连续体进行拓扑优化得出主承力结构的最优结构形式。并在此基础上对卫星主结构参数进行了尺寸优化,计算结果证明由连续体通过拓扑优化得到桁架结构的最优拓扑是可行的;通过尺寸优化,可以大幅度减轻卫星结构重量,改善卫星结构的动力特性。

【Abstract】 Structure optimization usually includes size optimization, shape optimization and topology optimization. The purposes of structure optimization are economical materials usage and reasonable stress distribution. Topology optimization extends the ability of engineer to shorten the design cycle. An improved structure topology could enhance the structure performance or decrease weight of it, and this lead to more benefit. So topology optimization is more important than that of size or shape optimization.Topology optimization is now a most challenging topic in the field of structural optimization. Topology optimization of continuum structure is the most challenging and difficult, as well as hot research topic in structure optimization because of difficulty to establish a good geometric model which comprising a large number of design variables, and complexity of optimization algorithm. The research to topology optimization has the count for much theory significance and the project application prospect.The main research work in this paper is as follow:The material interpolation schemes-SIMP method are deeply researched, an optimization model based on SIMP method of continuum structure is established.Carries on topology optimization analysis to some articulated landinng gear, topology optimization proceeds from the programme plans, have optimized the structure of the programme is reasonable force bearing structure.This paper first applied Optistruct soft of Altair company to topology optimization to a spatial truss in a satellite and obtained its optimum structural form through a continuum under the given constraints and load conditions. Then applied size optimization of the satellite and gained the optimum sizes. The calculation result proves that it is feasible to get the optimum structural form through a continuum’s topology optimization. With the help of size optimization, the satellite’s weight can be reduced obviously and its dynamic performance can be improved.
