路基土体注浆离心模型试验研究及数值模拟分析

【摘要】 本论文以“绵广高速公路路基病害灌浆处治效果结构性评价”项目为依托,结合路基土体注浆加固的工程实例,在大量的文献调查的基础上,以室内离心机模型试验和数值模拟为手段,对路基土体注浆加固效果和注浆过程进行研究分析,取得的成果及创新性总结如下:1.通过文献调查,探讨了现有注浆加固技术、注浆材料以及浆液性质,总结了主要的注浆理论以及基本研究方法。2.设计制造了室内注浆模拟装置,模拟路基土体注浆过程,记录注浆过程中所发生的各种现象;通过离心机模型试验,对土体注浆加固前后沉降进行实时观测分析,并对各阶段土体强度进行测试,分析各注浆参数对注浆加固效果的影响。3.采用真实破裂有限元分析系统RFPA,建立平面应变模型,模拟考虑应力影响下的劈裂注浆过程,再现土体注浆过程,描述了密实性土体劈裂注浆各阶段及其特性,研究了不同注浆阶段水头分布、浆液流动等特点,分析了注浆过程中应力分布状态及其变化规律,并讨论了不同土体强度特性参数对应力分布及浆脉分布规律的影响。4.基于稳定——非稳定渗流理论,利用岩土专业有限元软GEOSLOPE中的SEEP/W模块,建立轴对称模型,对疏松性土体渗透注浆进行模拟分析,讨论了不同注浆方式的浆液渗透路径及其浆液压力分布,分析了不同注浆方式的影响范围及随注浆压力变化的规律,研究了浆液扩散范围及压力分布随时间变化的影响,描述了渗透注浆各阶段压力分布、浆液扩散范围等特点。
【Abstract】 Based on the structural evaluation project of treatment effects in mianguang-highway subgrade filling Disease with the way of grouting, with the example of subgrade soil grouting project and literature survey, by means of the three-dimension FEM analysis model and centrifugal model test, analyze the reinforcement effect and grouting Process, the conclusions are as follows:1. Through the investigation of literatures, discusses the grouting Reinforcement Technique、grouting material and grout Properties, summarizes the grouting theories and Research Methods;2. Grouting Equipment was designed and manufactured to simulate grouting. Phenomenon of grouting was recorded during the simulation process; sedimentation observation and analysis was held with the centrifugal model test, and tested the strength of soil in every period, analyzed the parameter Influence of reinforcement effect;3. The software RFPA is used to build a plane strain model and Simulate the fracturing grouting process. Reconstruct the process of grouting, and described characteristics of each stage, including pressure distribution、Slurry flow and so on. The stress" distribution and the change law during the soil grouting were analyzed, and discussed the effect of stress distribution and grouting fabric in soil corresponding to different strength parameters.4. Based on the theory of Steady and Unsteady Seepage, SEEP/W Module in GEOSLOPE which in a FEM software used in geotechnical, was used to build a axisymmetric model and simulate the permeation grouting. Discussed the seepage path and slurry pressure distribution in different diffusion manners, analyzed the influence scope change law with grouting pressure, and studied the temporal variation laws of diffusion range and slurry pressure distribution, and described the diffusion range and slurry pressure distribution in every stage.
