机电产品寿命周期防差错设计体系研究

【摘要】 机电产品在其寿命周期中经常会发生各种质量问题和安全事故,它不仅会给企业和用户造成巨大的经济损失,也会给人身安全产生很大的危害,严重时还会带来社会的不安定。目前,人们在进行产品设计时,自觉或不自觉地采用了一些防差错设计技术方法。但到目前为止,国内外还没有形成一套系统完整的理论和方法去指导防差错设计,甚至防差错设计所包含的内容和方法都不够明确,仍旧缺乏防差错设计流程和推行防差错设计的有效策略等。基于此,本文提出了一套完整、系统的防差错设计体系,分析和解决了防差错设计中所涉及的内容和重要技术问题,提出了防差错设计的实施策略。论文的主要研究内容如下:①研究了差错形成的机理。阐述了差错的基本概念;从人、机、料、法、环的角度对差错产生的原因进行系统分析,研究和建立了差错因素模型。②借鉴现代设计理论与方法,对机电产品防差错设计进行系统性的规划,研究了防差错设计体系内涵,构建了防差错设计体系的结构模型。③对防差错设计的主要内容进行了研究,探讨了适用于防差错设计的要求和应用原理,提出了“EPDFX”防差错设计方法及相关技术,分析了防差错设计内容与产品所处寿命周期阶段的关系。④提出了符合企业生产和运作现状的防差错设计体系实施策略,完善和细化了防差错设计的“七步法”实施步骤。本文针对机电产品防差错设计体系的研究,体现了事先预防的思想,使产品的“零缺陷”和“零事故”控制成为可能;有利于提高我国机电企业的产品质量,降低故障和安全事故发生的概率;期望研究成果对提高我国的防差错设计理论研究和实施技术发挥一定的作用。
【Abstract】 The electromechanical product in its life cycle often occur in a variety of quality problems and accidents. It will not only cause huge economic losses for Enterprises but also to the personal safety of great danger. Sometimes it will create serious social Unstable. At present, people in product design, consciously or unconsciously adopted a number of method of error proofing design. So far, however, not yet at home and abroad to form a complete theoretical system and methods to guide the error proofing design. And even the content and methods are clear enough, still lack of the effective design process and strategy, and so on. For this reason, this paper presents a comprehensive and systematic error proofing design system, analysis and prevention solution in the design of the contents of the major technical problems. The implementation of the strategy is put forward.Main research contents of this paper are as follows:①Studying the formation mechanism of error. Expounding the basic concept of error, and using "4M1E" method to analysis the causes of error. The model of error factor is established.②Through learning the theory and methodology of modern design, the error proofing design system are planned systematically. Studying the design content, and to build the model of the structure of the design system.③Studying the main contents of the error proofing design system of the electromechanical product. Discussing on the application of error proofing design and application of the principle. Putting forward the "EPDFX" error proofing design content and related technology, and analysising the relationship between the design content and the product life-cycle stage .④Putting forward the implementation of the strategy, and optimizing the "seven-step" implementation.The research on error proofing design reflect the pre-prevention ideas, so that the "zero defect" and "zero accidents" to control possible; which conducive to improving product quality, reducing the probability of the breakdowns and accidents.It is expected to play a role in the research about China’s error proofing design system of the electromechanical product.
