2450轧机主传动系统改造方案研究

【摘要】 随着中国经济高速前进,中国冶金企业发了巨大变化,轧制技术及工艺取得了长足进步。一方面轧制工艺参数随着用户需求而作了较多优化,另一方面用户需求更多的品种和更高的质量。为此,国内冶金工业系统为了应对复杂的市场需求,不遗余力对轧制设备系统全方位进行升级换代或改良,以便达到生产效益最大化的目的。论文提出的背景就是冶金企业生存必须适应当前扩能增效要求,针对我国某钢厂的大型关键设备2450轧机,从传动系统改造角度阐述轧机主传动系统必要的选型、结构和强度设计验算,并进行了现场数据采集和分析,从而印证改造方案的可靠性。本文针对2450轧机主传动系统结构方案设计。对安装空间限制情况下,对其进行方案设计,通过轧制现场大量测试数据,利用计算机应用技术相关软件对测试数据进行归整和分析,并运用相关力学知识找出了轧制过程中的最大总负荷和载荷分配不均匀系数,从而使改造的方案得到检验;运用经典材料力学理论和有限元法等分析手段,借助当代计算机的强大运算能力,从理论上对主传动系统中的传动轴、扁头和叉头等关键零部件强度进行了分析计算,结果表明2450轧机主传动系统采用滑块式万向联接轴替代目前轴承式十字万向联接轴是可行的,在此基础上对改进方案进行了详细的结构设计。

【Abstract】 As the rapid development of China’s economy, the metallurgical enterprise has made great changes with the remarkable achievements of rolling technology. On the one hand, the rolling technology parameters were optimized with the need of the users; on the other hand, the users require more types and higher quality. Therefore, the national metallurgical industry system spares no effort to completely update or improve the rolling device system in order to meet the complex market needs and so as to achieve the maximum production efficiencyAs the proposed background of this thesis, the survival of the metallurgical enterprise shall adapt to the requirements of the capacity expansion and the synergism. In connection with the key equipment of the rolling mill 2450 in one of the national steel factory, the necessary lectotype, structure and recomputation of the strength design from the point of view of the drive system transformation. The site data is collected and analyzed to verify the reliability of the transformation.The thesis focuses on the design of structure program of the main drive system for the rolling mill 2450. In the circumstances of the limited installation space, the programme design is in progress. By means of the relevant software of the applied computer technology, the numerous test data at the rolling test is collected and analyzed. With the help of the relevant mechanical knowledge, the intensity of the key components such as the drive shaft, the flat head and the fork in the main drive system is analyzed and calculated in theory, with the assistance of the powerful computing of the contemporary computers. It is concluded that the slider-type universal joint spindle successfully replaces the crisscross universal joint spindle in the main drive system of the rolling mill 2450 at present.Based on the programme, structure design is made in details.
