风力发电增速箱齿轮传动系统动态特性研究

【摘要】 随着能源和环境问题日趋严峻,风能作为一种新型可再生能源在世界范围内得到广泛的应用。由于风力发电机组工作环境较为恶劣,导致国产风电机组常发生故障。大量的实践证明,齿轮增速箱是风电机组发生故障较多的一个重要环节。研究风载荷条件下风力发电齿轮增速箱传动系统的动态特性是解决目前国内风力设备设计制造问题的迫切任务之一。论文课题基于重庆市科技计划项目的资助,以大功率风力发电增速箱齿轮传动系统为研究对象,研究了风力发电增速箱齿轮传动系统在外部风载和内部激励共同作用下系统的动态特性。主要的研究工作有:①采用Lagrange方程推导了风力发电增速箱齿轮传动系统的非线性动力学方程,方程中考虑了时变啮合刚度、误差激励、啮合阻尼等参数。②计算了风力发电增速箱齿轮传动系统中内、外啮合的非线性时变啮合刚度和齿轮啮合的误差激励。详细分析了由风载引起的系统外部激励,得出了风力载荷的分布图。③使用子空间迭代法分析了系统的固有特性,求得了系统的固有频率和主振型。④运用Gill数值积分方法求解了风力发电增速箱齿轮传动系统非线性微分方程,获得了系统时域和频域的响应。对风力发电齿轮传动系统的动态特性进行了较为全面的研究。

【Abstract】 As genergy and evironmental issues becomeing more severe,wind energy gets widly used in the wordwide. Because of the formiderable work conditions, domestic wind turbine often break. A lot of practice has proved that speed increasing gearbox is an important link of wind turbine failure. Research on dynamic characteristic of gear transmission system on wind power speed increasing gearbox is one of the urgent tasks of domestic wind power equipment design and manufacturing problems.The project of this paper is based on the grants of Chongqing Science and Technology Project. The gear transmission system on wind power speed increasing gearbox is the object of study. The dynamic characteristic of gear transmission on wind power speed increasing gearbox which is droved by wind load and inner motivation is researched.The main research work:①Nonlinear dynamics equations of gear transmission on wind power speed increasing gearbox is deduced by Lagrange equation. This equation considers time variable mesh stiffness, error stiffness and mesh damp.②Nonlinear time variable mesh stiffness of inner and outer gearing in the gear transmission system and error motivation are calculated. External motivation which is generated by wind load is analyzed and the distribution map of wind load is draw.③The inherent characteristic of the system is analyzed by subspace iteration method and the Natural frequency and mode of vibration are calculated.④Time and frequency response of the gear transmission system are calculated by using numerical integration methods of Gill. The dynamic characteristics of gear transmission system in wind power speed increasing gearbox are studied comprehensively.
