大型立磨选粉机研究

【摘要】 大型立磨选粉机是用来将大型立磨粉磨的粉体进行分选的装置,大型立磨是集粉磨、烘干、选粉为一体的设备,主要是对水泥生料、熟料、高炉矿渣等进行粉磨并分选,选粉机是与大型立磨相配套的粉末分选设备,到目前为止,国内在选粉机的设计上尚无完善的理论,现存的选粉机性能不高,因此尽早开发出高性能的选粉机将加快大型立磨的国产化进程,同时将提高企业的市场竞争力。本课题是二重大型立磨产品研制课题的子课题,以大型立磨选粉机为研究对象,根据颗粒流体力学分级的基本理论对选粉机的结构、工艺参数等进行了分析,并给出了选粉机设计的理论公式,研究的主要内容如下:首先对国内外选粉机的发展状况进行了调研和阐述,总结了类似产品的特点,研究了影响选粉机产量及产品细度的工艺参数。其次根据颗粒流体力学分级的基本理论,提出了选粉机产量、产品细度、选粉机功率的计算式,并以此为理论依据,对用于分选水泥熟料、高炉矿渣用的高性能笼形选粉机进行了优化设计。同时对选粉机上的各种耐磨材料进行了分析和归纳,为合理选择耐磨材料和防磨方法提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Large-scale vertical roller mill (Large Vertical Mill for short) is used as a devices to separate the grinding powder of the large vertical mill,and it is an equipment which integrate grinding, drying and separating into one and the main use is to grind and dispart cement, clinker and blast furnace slag, etc. Separators are the supporting equipment of the large vertical mill, so far, the design of separator has no sound theory in domestic and the existing separator performance is not high,so,to develop high-performance separator large vertical mill as soon as possible will speed up the process of Chinese and increase the market competitiveness of enterprise.This subject is the sub-topic issues of vertical mill product development topic of the Second Heavy Machinery Factory, and it is based on the developed scientific research projects and made the large-scale vertical mill separator for the study. According to the basic grade separator theory of particle hydrodynamics, the subject analysed the structure and the technical parameters, and bring forward the theoretical formula of the Separator Selection, the main content as follow:First of all, domestic and foreign development state of separator were also discussed, it summed up the characteristics of similar products to study the parameters which impact production and product fineness of the separator. Secondly, according to the basic theory of grading of particle hydrodynamics, it put forward the computing relationship formula of separator production, product fineness, separator power, and basing on this theory, it has designed the high-performance cage-shaped separation which is used in separating the cement raw material, clinker and blast furnace slag. At the same time, it Analyzed and summarized the various wear-resistant materials used for the separator, which provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable choices of wear-resistant materials and anti-wear method.
