C2C电子商务的物流配送问题研究

【摘要】 随着互联网应用的普及,C2C电子商务逐渐成为社会的主流消费方式。本文主要研究了当前我国C2C电子商务配送的问题,以及解决C2C电子商务配送问题的对策。首先,分析了C2C电子商务配送的特殊性,为研究C2C电子商务物流配送问题提供了依据。就C2C电子商务的配送客户、网络卖家、配送商品、配送质量与成本、配送供应链系统进行了较深入的比较与分析,认为C2C电子商务配送在多方面具有复杂、难以控制与管理等特殊性。第二,从我国C2C电子商务配送的现状出发,指出了我国C2C电子商务物流在配送质量与成本、配送主体及配送管理等方面存在的问题,并针对上述问题产生的背景与原因进行了分析。第三,以C2C电子商务配送存在的问题及原因分析为基础,依据电子商务发展要求和物流配送供应链管理理论,提出了解决问题的对策。它包括:建立C2C电子商务配送供应链系统:政府、企业(含网络卖家)应该承担怎样的管理责任等。第四,将本文研究的结论运用于淘宝网,对其物流配送系统进行分析。从淘宝网物流配送系统的实际情况出发,发现该配送系统的不足,并分析了原因。根据淘宝网身份,就其配送系统的不足提出开放选择第三方物流配送服务商、与物流服务供应商共建信息平台等改进措施。最后作了总结和展望。
【Abstract】 With popularity of application of internet, C2C e-commerce gradually becomes main stream consumption method in society. This paper mainly studies distribution of Chinese C2C e-commerce at present and countermeasure resolving problem of distribution.Firstly, the paper analyzes particularity of distribution of C2C e-commerce, provides basis for studying distribution of C2C e-commerce. It compares and analyzes clients, commodity, quality and cost, and supply chain system of distribution of C2C e-commerce, considers distribution of C2C e-commerce has particularity of complexity, difficulty to control and manage in many aspects.Secondly, it, starting from present situation of distribution of C2C e-commerce, points out problems of C2C e-commerce logistics in quality and cost, object, and management of distribution, and analyzes background and reason why above problems come into being.Thirdly, based on problems and analysis on reasons of distribution of C2C e-commerce, the paper puts forward countermeasure resolving problems according as development requirement of e-commerce and supply chain management theory on logistics distribution. It includes: building distribution supply chain system of C2C e-commerce, management responsibilities government and enterprises shall assume, etc.Fourthly, using conclusion studied by this paper in Taobao, analyzing logistics distribution system; starting from actual situation of logistic distribution system of Taobao, finding shortage of the distribution system, and analyzing reasons; according to identity of Taobao, putting forward improving measures of selecting third party suppliers of logistic distribution in open and building information platform together with suppliers of logistic distribution; and making conclusion and expectation finally.
