基于DCS的气体激光器智能远程控制系统

【摘要】 论文综述了国内外大功率气体激光器控制系统的发展现状,并针对我国大功率气体激光器集成控制及远程诊断技术与国外先进技术的差距设计了本系统,开发了相应的软件,进行了以下方面的研究工作:(1)从理论上对气体激光器的集散控制技术进行分析。计算机控制技术和现代通信技术相结合的集散控制系统是激光器远程控制的理想解决方案,它允许实时地对现场设备自动监控。(2)设计了基于DCS的激光器智能远程控制系统。系统中上位PC机通过公用电话网与下位PLC通信,其中PLC处于底层,负责设备的控制,上层的PC机通过网络负责整个系统的管理,实现了真正意义上的“集中管理,分散控制”。(3)设计了系统软件。系统中上位机程序通过S7200.OPCServer遵循PPI协议与西门子PLC完成了通信。实现了远程通信和读写数据的操作,以及历史数据的存储、显示和打印。系统实现了远程控制功能,并在以下方面取得了创新性:(1)设计了基于DCS的激光器远程控制系统。实现了激光器设备的远程监控、故障诊断甚至远程维护,是激光器设备控制和管理有效结合的一种实现方式。(2)使用西门子EM241模块组网。该通信模块通过扩展口与PLC相连,不占用PLC的自由口资源。而且不用编写通信程序,缩短了开发周期。本文所开发的系统可以对PLC的各种存储区域进行读写或扫描,还可以为特定的存储单元写入控制字,调节激光器的运行参数,或者远程上下载PLC程序,从而控制激光器的运行状态,也为维修人员对激光器进行远程诊断、提早做好准备工作或者直接进行远程维护提供了途径。系统实现了对设备的远程控制和管理功能,对于促进我国大功率气体激光器的发展具有重要的使用价值和实际意义。

【Abstract】 Actualities of high power gas laser control system domestic and abroad have been stated in this paper, the intelligent control system based on DCS for gas laser has been designed, and the software has been developed according to the differences of high power gas laser’s integrated system and remote diagnose technique between home and abroad. Some works mentioned following have been done:(1) Gas laser control system based on Distributed Control System (DCS) has been analyzed in theory. The DCS, on the basis of modern control system composed of computer control technique and modern communication technology, can scan the equipments at any moment.(2) Intelligent laser remote control system based on DCS has been designed. The low computers in DCS take on the control of equipments, and the super computers are responsible for the administration of all system in virtue of the network. DCS can assume responsibility of Distributed Control and Centralized Administration.(3) Software has been designed. The communication program can remotely communicate with the PLC following the PPI protocol with S7200.OPCServer, read or write data into the PLC, or save, show and print the history data.The system can remotely control the laser and some returns are achieved as mentioned following:(1) Having designed the laser remote control system based on DCS. The system can remote scan, diagnose or even maintain the laser remotely, which is an excellent solution to control and administrate the laser.(2) Having constructed the net with Siemens EM241 module which connect the PLC with the extended port. By this way the system can not only save PLC’s free port communication resources, but also program the communication program on PC only so as to speed up the development.The system in this article can read, write and scan all memories of the PLC, adjust the parameters of laser by writing control words into some special memories, upload or download PLC program so as to control the laser’s working conditions, which can be used for remote diagnose, so the service people can prepare beforehand or even maintain remotely. The system can control and administrate the laser equipment remotely, which plays an important role in promoting domestic high power gas laser.
