饰品设计知识管理及其应用

【摘要】 研究表明,目前企业中70%以上的设计新作品是基于对原有作品的修改创作,因此如何对企业中业已存在的设计知识进行有效管理,已经成为很多企业越来越关注的问题。知识管理作为一种为顺应知识经济时代的要求而建立的新型管理模式,意在通过对知识进行有效的识别、获取、存储、利用以及共享,为知识在企业内迅速流动到需要的位置提供便利途径,以此达到利用共享知识提高企业的市场响应能力及创新能力的目的,同时不断提高其核心竞争力,使企业能够在激烈的市场竞争中占据主导地位。本文结合浙江省科技计划重点项目(No.2005C 11035)“基于知识的饰品创新设计集成管理平台研究及其应用”,针对饰品设计工作不同于其他设计领域的特点,对饰品设计流程对知识的需求进行了分析。根据设计知识的特点进行了分类,然后选取了适当的知识表示方式对每类知识进行了表示。根据不同表示方法的特点,利用合理的推理方式对每类知识进行了推理使用,并且对设计知识的维护进行了研究。给出了具体的实例分析,并且完成了原型系统的构建。论文的主要研究内容如下:第一章首先说明文章的研究背景,分析当前饰品行业的发展现状及饰品生产企业对于知识管理的需求状况;随后对知识管理的研究现状做出分析,其中重点分析了本体论在知识管理中的发展现状;接下来将说明本文研究的目的及意义,最后介绍了关键技术及解决方案。第二章首先分析了饰品产品设计的流程特点;随后根据流程特点以及对饰品设计师的调研结果,进行了饰品设计流程对于设计知识的需求分析,总结了设计知识的具体内容,并根据这些内容的特点及使用形式对它们进行了分类;最后给出了饰品产品设计知识的体系结构。第三章主要针对饰品设计知识的内容及其特点,结合对于知识表示方法的分析,对不同类型的知识分别选取适当的表示方式,其中重点介绍了利用本体表示饰品设计知识的方法。随后根据每种表示方法及知识内容的使用特点,利用合理的推理方式对饰品设计知识进行使用。第四章在对饰品设计知识进行表示、推理的基础上,设计完成了饰品设计知识管理原型系统。首先介绍了系统的软硬件设备。随后对知识的存储维护工作进行了介绍,展示了Protégé中饰品设计知识的本体构建。最后简单展示了设计师在设计流程中对于知识的使用情况。第五章对全文进行了总结与展望。对论文的研究成果进行了总结,并对研究需要继续进行的工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Research shows that 70 percent of the design works nowadays originated from the modification of the older ones. So it has become more and more important for enterprise to arrange the knowledge effectively. Knowledge management is a new mode which is built to meet the requirements of the Knowledge Economical Age. It provides approaches for knowledge flowing in the enterprise through identifying、acquiring、storing、using and sharing the knowledge effectively. The enterprise can use sharing knowledge to improve the capability of innovation and responsing to the market, so as to promote its core competitive power and to occupy a leading position in the fierce market competition.Supported by the major project of Science and Technology Plan of Zhejiang Province—Research on the Integration Management Platform of Ornaments Innovation Design based on Knowledge and its Application in Ornament Industry, the thesis analyzes the knowledge demand of the jewelry design according to the domain feature. Then the design knowledge is classified and different method for knowledge representation is given. After that, proper reasoning mode and maintenance method for each class is proposed though the investigation of an application example. At last the prototype system of knowledge management is designed and actualized. In conclusion, this paper is organized as follows.In chapter one the research background of the thesis is presented, then the development status of jewelry industry and the challenges in its development are analyzed, which elicit the requirement of knowledge management. Then the concept, research status and methods of knowledge management are introduced, the Ontology application in this field is emphatically analyzed. Finally, the intention, significance and main contents of the research are illuminated.In chapter two the design process of jewelry and its characteristics are firstly analyzed, according to which the knowledge required in the process is summarized. Then the knowledge is decomposed into different types and at last the system structure for jewelry design knowledge is proposed.In chapter three different kinds of methods for knowledge representation are proposed, aiming at the jewelry-design knowledge and its characteristics. In this section the paper will emphatically introduce the Ontology method. Then proper reasoning mode is used for each class of the knowledge.Based on the Knowledge Representation and Inference, in chapter four we apply it to an instance. In This section the hardware and software environment and the using process of protege are introduce. Then the knowledge maintenance of the system is explained. At last an instance of the service condition about the knowledge in the system is showed.In the last chapter the major research achievement of our research is summarized and the shortages of this paper is discussed. At last we prospect for the future research work.
