五年制高职学生学习自我效能感现状调查研究

【摘要】 当代教育强调要把学生培养成知识和信息的积极探寻者和加工者,要培养学生的终生学习能力,教育的终极目标是要教会学生自主学习。由于自我效能理论能够在这一最终目标的实现中发挥重要作用,因而它一经提出就被运用到教育情境中。近几年高等职业教育的发展规模不断扩大,而办学质量受到社会的普遍关注。高职学生,特别是五年制高职学生在学习中遇到重重困难。本文以“五年制高职的学生学习自我效能感现状研究”为研究课题,通过对五年制高职学生学习自我效能感现状的调查研究,分析影响五年制高职学生学习自我效能感形成的因素。在此基础上,结合文献,试图为增强高职学生,特别是五年制高职学生的学习自我效能感水平,探寻在高职学校教育情景中的优化策略。

【Abstract】 The contemporary education emphasizes on cultivating students to be the positive seeker and processor who are eager for knowledge and information, and developing their life-long learning capability. The ultimate objective of education is to teach students how to learn independently. Because the self-efficacy thoery plays a vital role in this ultimate objective realization, once proposed and passed through, it is soon utilized in the education situation. In recent years, the development scale of the higher vocational education expands unceasingly, thus the quality of the schools draws the whole society’s attention. The students in higher vocational schools, especially those who have to study for five years , will always encounter lots of difficulties. This essay takes“The studies on the present situation of students study self-efficacy in the five-year-system higher vocational schools”as the reaearch topic. Through many investigations and researches, I could analyze the factors that affect the formation of students’study self-efficacy. Based on that point and many other works, I attempt to enhance the self-efficacy level of the five-year-system vocational students. Besides, I am searching for the optimized strategies for educational situation in higher vocational schools.
